Whatever works for you…Seriously whatever it takes to change your energy…sometimes just banging pots and pans will do it…This is all about taking conscious control of our energy field…Changing our state of being. I sang a maori prayer song in my mind to calm my self down and stop any negative thought process. Something told me to sing it, I forgot the words. I hadnt sang it since I was a child. But as I started singing it, the words came naturally. Like I had never forgotten. I forgot this, well honestly I doubted myself. But ever since you gave me the hooponoopono. The song came back in my head. And as I read this, the song came up again as it is and always will be my own clearing technique. And you have just made me realise again. Im not crazy.
