I would love some help. Iv learned my mind keeps me going in circles and started reading The Power of Now. Only because I know my mind is making me feel crazy so im just trying to “lose my mind” to get my own clarity. Yes iv started bush walking, something iv always loved but just got back into it. I just thought I had to get into meditation state. Thats probably why I cant do it because I feel forced to do it. I should just let it happen naturally. Omg debbie why didnt I find you ages ago? It would if saved me alot of running round in circles and you explain the whole process alot better than mel. I have alot of respect for mel, hes helped alot too but sometimes I dont understand and walk away confused. He helped with my dreams, he should do a dream video because once I started observing my dreams it became clear on what needs to be done. And he clarified that.

Max, maybe you should try just letting go of the situation and letting things kind of unfold. Meditation is different for all people. I find being in nature makes me feel like I’m in meditation even if I’m not meditating. As for what to do about him. Sounds like you both have a lot of blocks around loving. Both seem unable at this time to approach each other openly. the Universe will deliver teaching lessons to you until you are ready. YOu have to learn to remove the blocks that you have built around you to love before you do anything else. This takes focus. Thank you for your advice. Iv been trying to do what you said. Iv changed alot since the awakening. My thoughts towards everything has changed. I do find it hard to meditate. Practice makes perfect I guess.
What should I do about him? He keeps coming after me and I know he felt what I felt by his actions and know he feels the same way about me, by his actions.
Iv tried approaching him or waiting for the right time but I end up treating him like crap. I dont mean to but it just happens. And I know hes wanted to ask me but backs out. Like I sense what hes bout to do or say.
But as I try and walk away im hurting him. I can sense it sometimes feel it. But Im a little stuck on what to do with him.

Max, you will find that the heart awakening is all about getting you on the path to wholeness. To open your heart so that you can find yourself in there…Any sacred partnership you have will come from getting to know your own wholeness. My advice would be focus less on those people who bring heart awakening and more on what you can do to remove blocks you have built up to love because invariably until you do that, you will not have the kind of attraction for another person for long term.
