I say it furthered my creative expression because I was literally forced to learn a new audio editing software program so that I could extract the 30 minute clip out of the 3 hour radio show from March of this year. But my heart knew it was time to do this, so I buckled down and spent a good part of my day figuring this out. I could not be happier that I did it. Even after working with this clip for a good four hours, I listened to it in its entirety last night and again this morning. This clip is extremely important to understanding what this whole catalytic experience is for FROM AN ASCENSION PERSPECTIVE. The concepts brought forth are crystal clear for those ready to understand this dynamic.

In a moment of clarity at the beginning of 2017, the purpose of this dynamic was revealed to me and during our radio show the verbal transmission of it happened through me. The conversations Keleena and I had been having in our frequent telephone calls, coupled with my own person experiences over time brought such clarity to me that it could not be denied. And, as much as I know a lot of people really want to get away from labels, as one of my clients and soul sisters commented on the video this morning, labels that are helpful should sometimes not be thrown away. I agree with that, however, I really feel the best label for this dynamic is “The Rubber Band Dynamic.”

When you think of a rubber band, what happens when you pull it back to shoot it? There is tremendous tension on that piece of rubber until you let it go and it flies forward with tremendous velocity. And gosh darn if someone is in its path, they are going to get a little sting! When something stretches you, you cannot help but be pulled to shift. And propelled forward quickly if you are the rubber band and someone let’s go. We tend to forget that nothing in these very catalytic connections happens by accident. There is ALWAYS purpose there. When you really come to full awakening consciousness about that, the fun really begins. For you can be extremely happy about all these horrible uncomfortable situations you find yourself in. Because they begin to make sense from a higher perspective and you can embrace them!

So, I highly encourage each and every one of you who have been in what you consider a “twin flame” path to listen to this excerpt and I will include a link to the video at the bottom of this article. Because to understand something is to embrace it and to let it go. Sometimes we cannot let go of something because our brain (ego) seeks to understand why it is happening to us. That leads us into the mental body where thoughts churn around in our heads and create all kinds of emotions that we then have to deal with either now or later. Those are the “stories” I refer to in a lot of my writings. The stories we tell ourselves attempt to explain what is happening to us and because of old patterned program, they are typically not helpful!

In old energies, we tell ourselves stories of how horrible and unlovable we are, or how terrible another person is. I like to help uncover all the unhelpful stories which keep people from moving along in a positive direction and tell more helpful stories. At the end of the day, they are ALL stories, for we are part of the biggest hologram program that ever existed! And the avatars that we embody in it are playing the high stakes Game of Life. As individuated fragments of Source, we have the incredible opportunity to experience ourselves interacting with other fragments of ourselves in a myriad of ways to explore the nature of What We Are. How incredible is that! BUT, if you are not aware of that, things that happen to you can seem very scary and frightening, very REAL. And all these experiences you have asked for in coming here so that you can get to know who you are from the higher perspectives in physical reality.

Such is this Rubber Band Dynamic. Just one helpful Universal Law in the physical realm which is put in place to accomplish a particular outcome. And YOU chose to experience it! Lucky YOU!! J Enjoy!

Again, I will reiterate what I have personally been shown by Source to be true: There are a specific number of twin souls on the planet at this time who have come to bring the pure love vibrations back during this particular time/space and to support the vibrational shift that IS taking place already. These are the graduate one-soul, two-body beings who have incarnated on the planet specifically for the purpose of clearing familial karmic lines for large numbers of humans, as well as uniting in loving service in order to set new patterns of perfection for love here on Earth.

In addition, I have been shown how that “twin soul” phenomenon is happening purposefully and simultaneously with another wide-spread phenomenon, which has become entangled it. That phenomenon could be called “heart awakenings” or even “kundalini awakening.” Mel Brand has talked about these for a while now. These catalytic experiences are happening with twin souls for sure, but they are also happening to lots of people who are not twin souls. And, they are happening at an exceedingly increasing rate. This entanglement with the “twin soul” experience continues to happen because people are searching for explanations and find themselves stumbling upon twin flame communities.

Like a twin soul connection, heart openings or awakenings are accompanied by tremendous energy surges–even sexual surges–which make one vibrate. The body and heart goes wild with surging vibrations when one meets this catalyst, whether or not the person is their twin soul.

Something new was revealed to me today that I feels is important to address at this time. There are quite a few people in the online communities who have already had heart openings. Those people are actually realizing that they might not have experienced  “twin soul” connection at all, but begin the fast path of transformation towards Love of Self and becoming more and more their authentic Higher Being incarnate. And as that happens people are finding new connections with people they are drawn to.

The thing I want to address is something I’ve started to observe. Because people are not experiencing the kinds of intense heart awakening symptoms they had with their catalyst, they are sometimes afraid that they are not in the right connection because they do not experience the same heart bursting sensations. All the other elements may be there, but because the relationship/encounter does not imitate their original catalytic experience, they may want to run away from it.

Please be advised of something I received from Source today. If you have already experienced that heart opening or awakening with someone, your heart is OPEN. Therefore you will not experience that again with anyone else in the same way. Nor does it mean you will experience it with the original catalyst again should you happen to reunite with them. Probably need to start getting used to the fact that your heart is open and expanding now if you have started your journey back to yourself! It may try to close back up in the course of letting go of the obstacles that have kept you from loving openly, but it will not close back up entirely. And you will not experience another heart opening or awakening just like it. It is OPEN NOW! I think that is really really good news don’t you?

Ok what happens if you have already had your heart opening but meet someone who is just having their “heart awakening”; Even though you feel the soul connection, you may not feel the heart opening the way the other person does. That is because that person has NOT had their heart awakening yet. That person will experience much more intensity than you. You may feel uncomfortable that they are feeling more intensely about you then you are about them. Therefore, you may possible question why am I not experiencing the level of connection? And you could very possible doubt it’s a potential sacred connection even if it is really good connection. Just be aware that sacred unions need not be based on the euphoric rush of a heart opening. They are based on so many things you cannot know until you move into new realms of multi-dimensional experience with someone who is your vibration. And that takes letting this connection unfold in each moment of NOW in the heart center.

If you are the person who is having your heart awakening experience and the person you had it with has already experienced a heart awakening, you could be left trying to figure out why such a wonderful feeling is misunderstood by other person who claims that they are heart-awakened. They might draw back or seemingly run away from you. Or even head backward to chase their catalyst again. What do you do?  The temptation is to continue to look for another person who will give you that rush you experienced during your heart awakening. My point here is stop looking for the rush. Your heart is OPEN and the objective changes now to stay in the heart and out of the mind. It is all about growing consciousness and learning to love self. Once you are well on that path, you can expect you will come into contact with others who are on that path for company.

You may even have those heart awakening type vibrations with other people. You can definitely find them again with another person. But it has always been about heart awakening and remaining in the heart center and that is why it all is happening. Once you’ve had a heart opening, it’s up to you to remain in the open heart center. And stay there in the heart awareness and out of the mind. That is what raises your own vibration and takes you past 5D. The work is about staying out of the mind. The work is about letting go of all the programs that keep you trapped in your beliefs which are of the mind. It never really was about a “relationship.” The step-by-step process after you reach that final step where you are always living in love and always living in heart and never in ego mind is when you are truly in union with self. Then sacred union will all happen naturally and be as fulfilling as your love for your Self—whether twin soul or not. Will it matter when you are living from Joy? I think not!

While this information is not new to some people, it practically wrote itself so someone must need these words expressed in just this way. I hope someone finds it helpful and useful!!

It’s important to understand that in the runner/chaser dynamic of the extreme measure, it is the meeting of the twins that sparks the complete process of the return journey home for BOTH to rediscover the love of Self, either together or apart it is no matter. This process is what leads the way towards the destination of union in the “world of form.” When twins meet (or even when near twin vibrations meet), the catalytic explosion of knowledge that comes to each is incredible whether or not they understand it. Each remembers their divine selves and sees that divinity in each other, both getting incredibly close and comfortable very quickly.

No matter how long this lasts, it is something that both experience as a quickening; both feel something they have never felt before in any other relationship. And, BOTH people are changed forever. We call the one who realizes this is something they WANT to experience, the chaser. We call the one who is afraid to experience it, the runner. Actually there is a bit of each in both. However, the person who WANTS to experience this level of love starts to expand immediately, shifting and changing and feeling his/her heart “crack” wide open. The search for answers begins for this person as they may never have trusted themselves to be this open before with another person. They want to understand it. The heart opening experience is the beginning of the journey for the “chaser” or more awakened one.

Once discovering the existence of twin flames, that more awakened one will often begin to shift themselves to become more aligned with their higher selves because of the trauma they experience from the “loss” of the one they love so much. If they follow the breadcrumbs left behind by the twin flames who are in union, they discover that the only way back to their twin is to come into full wholeness within themselves, balancing their feminine and masculine energies. They also begin to understand it is the only chance they have and they let their twin go emotionally. By doing that, they will automatically begin assisting their twin flame because as one shifts, so does the other. They are, after all, one Being. And that is great motivation to continue the path they are on, even if in great pain.

The “runner” or less ready (“still sleeping”) one, also starts experiencing the shifting and changing but usually does not understand what is happening to them. If they are not ready to experience that type of connection, or feel they cannot “commit” to that feeling, they find a way “out.” But the catalytic experience is what the initial meeting was all about. They will most likely find themselves trying to prove that that connection can be found anywhere, or the opposite, they reject it completely and return to their safe ways of relating. Their future experiences will awaken them further and deep in the back of their mind (and sometimes in the front of their mind) they will remember the one who opened their heart. And, with their shifting and changing, they begin to be drawn back to their twin.

As the process takes place for both on their own separate journeys, the more awakened twin will usually arrive at a place where they are at peace and filled with unconditional love once again for the twin. Only then can they be patient and explore their lives fully in their highest expression of self. They will then magnetize to them that sacred partnership that they experienced with twin. For the soul signatures of twins are identical and the magnet pull of balanced and aligned twins undeniable. It cannot help but draw the two back together again for, eventually, it is destiny that the two shall meet “in time and space,” and matching vibrations will reunite. Then, and only then, can they find their way back to each other in perfect demonstration of the love that can be experienced in the world of form.

In a bona fide twin flame union, the two don’t necessarily run but learn how to stand in their own Self Love. That could be interpreted as running, however, you do not need to choose to see it that way, for running has a fearful connotation that one is trying to get away from the other. We would say rather that one is more prone to have issues with Self Love. When the other allows the space needed to find Self Love, he/she understands that the other is never really running away from him/her but towards Self. All beings are raising in consciousness, so let go of the meme and understand, there is no running or chasing. There is only the path to Self Love.
