While updating my text message thread with this photo of one of my best friends, Vicky, and me, I was reminded of a healing session I had last week with my Inner Being, which you might think of as Higher Self or Holy Spirit. Because when I found that picture, I realized just how important friendships like this are in this Universal awakening process. And that, clearly, that my Inner Being was not done with that lesson from the week before. In fact, this was a full circle moment.

You see, this healing session was the most significant event that had happened to me in a long time, and so much crystalized during it that involved returning to higher states of consciousness. But I guess just reflecting on that healing session, more information was being revealed to me about how crucial it is to have these special people in our lives while trying to navigate this very complex and challenging awakening process. These amazing friends remember who we are even when we have forgotten. They’ve seen us through all the phases of our lives and while we may doubt ourselves, they do NOT. They represent what we think of as Camelot and Utopia or higher realms of existence where you are known and loved for who you are. This realm of consciousness is where we create, collaborate, experience, and celebrate individual and soul tribe expansion.

What was also being revealed to me in that moment is just how our Inner Beings are working overtime to get us to higher realms of consciousness. For this realization about friendships solidified my lesson learned in that healing session of how important coming home to self-love and self-acceptance is. That while these incredible friends were there to see us through the rough times, it is even more important that we can find that love and acceptance within ourselves!

I knew right then, I needed to write about my Inner Being healing experience.

I woke up in the middle of the night last week after three only hours of sleep. Perplexed as to why I was wide awake, I asked out loud (as has become my new habit), “OK. What do I need to see right now?” It was clear to me that my Inner Being wanted to do some soul work. And if you’re not sure you can relate, or have never had that experience personally, consider the movie “Scrooge” or “It’s a Wonderful Life.” In these movies, the characters are shown events that “bring them along” and help them to improve their life situations.

Over five hours, my Inner Being revealed that the highly polarized state of Earth is not by chance and is an extremely important part of our awakening process. Furthermore, severe polarization has served to undeniably trigger us to see things that we desperately need to see within ourselves. So, things that trigger us as external projections that we disassociate from need to be faced and integrated back into ourselves. Those things that trigger us reflect unpleasant aspects of our multi-dimensional selves that we don’t wish to see. And only when we welcome those pieces of us home and forgive ourselves for having negative aspects, can we truly love and accept ourselves and then others.

This internal work helped me to first recognize and then resolve issues that have plagued me for several years. That night, my Inner Being showed me how unhappy I had gradually become and why. And, while I was making huge progress in my life, it was now time to fully integrate aspects of myself, across the arc of time, that I didn’t know how to acknowledge. The depth of shame and guilt I’d felt over the last several years was revealed to me, along with the why of being in that space. It was easy to admit that I was feeling badly about myself; but, for the life of me, I hadn’t understood why.

I now started to see how I had been running from my shame, trying to create a better reality for myself by focusing on external things. No matter how much I accomplished, however, I felt feelings of dislike for myself. My Inner Being showed me that the root cause of that self-criticism and sometimes self-hatred was in fact the very things that had been triggering me and yet had been unresolved until now.

There were times I was triggered because I failed to establish proper boundaries; and as a result, ended up ‘caving in’ to someone else’s priorities. Whatever the issue, I’d immediately forgive the other person and take full responsibility for my feelings and the reaction I had. But this approach didn’t stop the same triggers from reoccurring; and, unhappily, I’d continued in a downward spiral.

Not liking my own negative feelings, I withdrew from people and their expressed needs. I didn’t realize it at the time, but I did this because it seemed like the only way to deal with triggering and my inability to resolve the issues behind those triggers. It was just far easier to be alone. Unfortunately, people that I couldn’t fully withdraw from still triggered me.

Covertly hating that aspect of myself really made my life miserable at times. During those moments, looking into a mirror was hard because I struggled to see the good inside. Often, I’d see an old and ugly face staring back at me. As a result, I felt the need to work on changing my appearance so I could feel younger and prettier. But, unfortunately, even as I tried to push those feelings away or talk myself out of them, the more unhappy I became.

When people said or did something that triggered me, I experienced it as criticism of me personally. I’d become defensive and feel the need to immediately react. Even if I ended up feeling bad about how I responded and apologized afterwards, it still didn’t resolve the feelings I had. During this Inner Being session, I learned that my response to these triggers came from my own judgment and intolerance. And that what had driven me crazy about someone else was always my unconscious projections onto them. This made me feel guilty or unhappy. As this information was shown to me, I was able to accept this and let go.

My Inner Being showed me that I HAD been learning valuable lessons in setting boundaries. And while I was expanding in my career and becoming much more abundant in it, I was also making changes in my personal life that significantly improved everything. As a result, I saw that I had already been making leaps and bounds, so this session with my Inner Being not only revealed what needed to be resolved, but also was a reminder that I had already come a long way.

I was shown that this process was just another necessary part of awakening. Identifying aspects of us that we’re unaware of enables us to deal with and accept those vibrations and integrate them into ourselves. That it’s necessary to do this to help us to realize that we project things out into the world to trigger our own healing with purpose! Only upon seeing those projections, can we clear the feelings associated with that we which find undesirable in ourselves and others. And only then can we truly integrate them lovingly back into Self.

I was asked to remember a time when I felt completely accepted, loved, and seen by others for who I truly am. That was easy. My mind instantly transported me back to a time when I was living with Vicky (mentioned at the beginning). Vicky is one close friend who has seen me during many phases in my life, having been my roommate Windcliff, at an apartment complex in Atlanta.

Windcliff represented some of the happiest times of my life! Life was one big celebration with people I adored! It was a period during my life when I loved everybody, and they loved me. I never felt insecure or disliked. We had a ‘tribe’ of 20-30 people that did lots of things together. I suppose some might relate it to college life. We lived, laughed, and celebrated life mostly at the pool! There were volleyball wars, group dinners outings and movies, as well as long and deep conversation, ‘hat & tie’ parties, sleepovers, and more. I was so happy! And remembering that special time was incredibly healing for me; it satisfied my need to belong.

I continued to think of other times when I was happy and felt loved. My incredible childhood experience was growing up in a small idyllic town with 700 kids in my graduating class alone. We loved to celebrate life together albeit back then at the pool, parties, sporting events and more. While I was often insecure and had to fight that feeling frequently, I still loved every minute of it!

My child-raising years were spent within a great neighborhood of school/parent connections. I also had a great online spiritual community, where I found a tribe of people from all over the world, who were awakening to the same things as me. We spend time on chat threads and message boards, celebrating the changes coming to the Earth!

These experiences represented the celebratory aspect that stands out to me as the ultimate destination for all of life. And I was shown what I was missing was the celebration of being with others; and, how my life had had become devoid of this ‘unity consciousness’ and the events to celebrate it. Without realizing it, I’d cut myself off through my own self-judgment. Now that I understand all this, I’m certain the last couple of years were a completely necessary period to get to where I am now. It was SO worth it!

Calling back and transmuting these undesired aspects so we can achieve the self-love that returns us to connection with others is what many people are experiencing right now. This playing out of our individual timelines leads to a new reality as we get a better understanding of Who We Are. Utter and complete acceptance of SELF is the result of awakening to our true Creator Being Selves, within God, Source, and All That Is. It is now time to really claim who you are in all your myriad of expressions, integrating those lovingly into your SELF. Because you are way more powerful than you even know.

The love you feel for your SELF will heal all outside false projections that you are imperfect. For you ARE perfect. You are created PERFECT and have only forgotten Who You ARE. And that was part of joining this game. You did nothing wrong in forgetting Who You Are. It was not a mistake, or something imposed on you. It was part of this Universe of Light. And this polarized Realm is coming to an end in favor of a much Higher Realm where you remember! Then everything changes!

A lot of us on the twin flame or catalytic heart awakening path–this ascension path of spiritual awakening–often have to ask ourselves the question, “Am I being my authentic self” when it comes to our circumstances. More often than not, it is not possible to be completely honest about your situation without creating hurt and damage around you. Who do you tell what to? Can you talk to others about your path? How do others feel about your path? All of these things become a real challenge for someone on the catalytic heart awakening path. And YET, you are being pressed more and more to stand in your truth. Live from your heart center. Be the change you wish to see. So it’s an interesting thing to explore, no?

And, if you are not asking yourself these questions, it’s more than likely in the recesses of your mind because that is what this path asks of you. And, if you do not address it directly, you will project it onto others (like so many of us good human do) and other people will appear to be challenging you to be your authentic self.

While this video doesn’t completely address all of these questions, it is my contemplation during some “me time” on University of Georgia campus. During this video, I offer an example of how I personally had to ask myself if I was being my authentic self and reflect on what that actually means. We will be asking ourselves more and more consistently to look in the mirror. I have shared my look in the mirror with you today! Enjoy!

So, what do you believe? What are the stories you tell yourself? Do they serve you? Do they work for or against you? This is what you are being asked to look at right now in the depth of your being. For there is no place in the new energies to be out of alignment. There is no way to exist in your truth and out of your truth at the same time. Do you see this?

You have learned a lot over the last several years. Some of you have been working on this path since you came. Others have awakened to this truth for you recently, but it matters not. All that matters is that you are tuned in to the frequency of the Higher You. And that can be very challenging at this time with the energies that are coming in. It is as a test for you to surf waves that want to bury you. And your fortitude is tested. It pounds you hard. It makes you question everything you have perceived to be true. It makes you question everything you believe. For there is no time now to have beliefs that do not work for you. And you are shown preferences. Which would you prefer? This or that? It is time to decide. It is time to get off the fence and CHOOSE.

Guidance is coming from within you now. Yes, it is manifesting outside of you in all sorts of ways. But if you NEED outside guidance, it will not be available in that moment because it is time to turn inward. It is time to know what is in your heart. When you know what is in your heart, it will show up all around you in a myriad of ways. Your truth is painted as a picture around you. So, what is it showing you? Are you following your inner guidance? If you are, you will be in a space of calm and serenity at any given time. For you will TRUST what is. You will trust that you have embarked on this path and that all things that are supposed to happen WILL happen in accordance with your plan. If you are not following inner guidance, you will be tested and you will reach out around you and no one will be there. The Universe (YOU) is asking you to step up. Be the master that you are. It is time.

You are a twin flame? You are on a sacred heart path? Are you standing in your truth? You must ask yourself this question right now. Are you compromising what is important to you? Are you SPEAKING YOUR TRUTH? Some of you say that you have pulled away from those sacred partners/twin flames. Some have not spoken to those people for long periods of time. Why? There is no time for games. There is only time for truth. What IS the truth? Is that person who you have been focused on really the sacred partner you have been seeking? Is this really your twin? You must KNOW in your heart and you must ACT on that belief. Follow your heart in any given moment of now. It is time to stop pretending. You MUST be honest with yourselves.

Have you been feeling pain around the connection? It is time to revisit that. It is time to ask yourself what you are seeking outside of yourself that you are not getting inside. What do you need from the other person? Do you need that other person to feel good about yourself? All these questions. We know. They are difficult to answer. Sometimes you feel yourselves spinning trying to grasp clarity. But it is within reach for you have not been sitting idly by all this time allowing your world to spin out of control. You have been doing your work. You have been here releasing family templates. You have been exploring the depths of your feelings and allowing worn out patterns to surface and be released. So what is left? What pain is still there. You are bound to feel it now. LET IT GO. It is time for it to GO. There is not much time left for you to continue playing a game that is not bringing you the joy you are destined to experience.

You my sister/brother of the Light are LOVE. You are joy. That is an ingredient of what you ARE in reality. All the alignments you are experiencing right now are pushing up the surface those things that stop you from knowing yourself. They are the illusion that you created to know yourself as separate from the ONE, from the ALL. So, honor this period of time. Honor all those doubts and fears you are experiencing, because they are showing you what you still have left that STANDS IN YOUR WAY!! Release it and be done with it. There is so much waiting for you to experience. In your wholeness that you ARE already.

As for your twin flame connections, your sacred partner connections, you sacred love paths, all is in hand. The Universe is delivering now exactly what needs to be shown. Exactly what needs to be seen by all involved. Your “other” is with another? Trust that all is being shown to those involved. Things are not always as they seem. In the days of the social media as you term it all is “hunky dory” in the world. No one wishes to show truth to the world. Do NOT buy into your social media. If you are following those in relationships with others, STOP. STOP giving that your energy. Focus instead on what is in front of you. Allow those relationship to unfold and by unfold, we me UN FOLD. Let them be. They are needed at this time to help each individual get to where they are meant to be. Nothing is ever out of order so again we say TRUST. TRUST what you are experiencing and let it go to your own Higher Power for you chose this path and you know, your SOUL knows, what it is doing. LET GO.

We leave you with words of encouragement and love. You are never alone. You may feel alone, but you cannot by your very nature BE alone. Not only are you gifted with people embodied here on the planet who resonate with you and you with them, you are surrounded by an entourage of beings, both physical and non-physical who are here to assist you and walk this path with you. Fear not that you can ever be alone. If you knew how UN-alone you are, you might wish for some solitude!! Tune in and feel those energies around you. Allow for etheric hugs from those who walk with you daily. And hug as many people as you can in your world. And that means BIG hugs. Lots of them. Lots of words of encouragement for others you can offer up. BE THE LIGHT NOW. Step in your mastery. If not YOU, WHO?? Who will be the one who will show the way? YOU WILL. It is time now. You can do it! Much love from those who know who you ARE <3

You begin to look at your environment. You feel the need to make changes which feel right to you. This is also creative expression in some respects in that you begin to want to create the physical reality which matches your vibrational resonance. And, it happens almost automatically because there are no counterproductive programs which are standing in the way. You don’t hold beliefs anymore that make you do things which are no longer in your best interest. You don’t feel the need to stay in relationships that are not good for either parties because you have a voice telling you what society expects of you. You know what your soul’s desire is.

And one of the really exciting parts of this process as you get closer and closer to your unique divine creative expression of self is that you begin to do what you came here to do. All those hidden away talents, skills and abilities start coming out to play. They call to you, whispering the joy felt as the child when you spent hours and hours using some of these talents in all kinds of ways.

With our minds, we cannot always see how things we did as a child are translated in the adult world. But a child who enjoyed putting on shows for other people to music is expressing more than just the desire to be in “show business.” There are all kinds of skills that come into play. Greeting people that show up, exchanging their tickets for money, the hours of rehearsal and designing choreography for the songs, passing out popcorn and lemonade and mingling with friends after the show are all part of the experience of play for the child. And all those things translate into a form of creative expression in service here on the planet.

From a creative expression standpoint, when you craft a vocation which encompasses all the real talents, skills and abilities you came in with and loved to express as a child, your work becomes play. And when you have no counterproductive programming which tells you that you are unworthy, you can flow abundance to you in all the forms you need as tools to do what you love. And you find ways by your very nature to serve others doing what you love. Therefore, there is no longer a work factor involved. There is only divine creative expression, and you long to do it from the moment you wake up, until the moment you go to sleep at night. Your life becomes creative expression.

What’s even more exciting—if that is not enough—is that you draw to you other people who you collaborate with to either work with you in your divine creative expression OR who you will serve with your form of play! And the medium of exchange is energy, which can be felt in many more way that just money but at this time on earth, YES MONEY. Money is truly only an exchange of energy. And though the form of money is the exchange most of us need just to put a roof over our head and food in our mouths, sometimes that IS what you are given in exchange. THAT is abundance!

Now what if you’re here as a twin or on the path of sacred union? The true path to sacred union with your twin or another of like vibration will most likely involve creative expression of some kind. For two who come in on that path usually come in with the same soul goal. And during this period in the arc of time, during the ascension process, sets of twins/sacred partners, are working on moving certain areas of creative expression into Higher Dimensional Frequency. Therefore, the experience becomes enriched by the interaction of two bodies in resonance and on target with creative expression with abundance. That is actually how things are done in some of the higher dimensions.

So as you begin to exhibit the signs of readiness listed above, so shall you remember your creative expression. As you do, all the ways you exhibited your creative expression throughout your life will begin to be revealed to you. This revelation is one of the most beautiful experience I have as experienced here on this divine masculine / diving feminine twin soul path.

For anyone who has been on the twin flame journey for any length of time, those feeling are completely understandable and should not even be referred to as “getting stuck.” If you are genuinely a twin flame / twin soul, it is absolute fact that there truly is no getting away from the person. They are YOU. So how can you get away from them? The biggest question for most at that point is this: “Is this person really my twin?” That is because this person being in your life can drive you so crazy that you want to run away and hide! A very prevalent condition that many on the twin path are dealing with right now.

Only you can answer that question, “Is this my twin?” You will have to go into your knowing. No one can really do that for you. However, if you have gone into your knowing and found that the answer is probably “yes,” it may be time to ask yourself, “What is making me feel that way?”

The first thing you should do is to be completely honest with yourself. Have been focusing too much on the other person? Think about it. Are you over-focusing on what they are doing? Are you constantly thinking about how they are behaving or measuring the connection at every turn? Are you focusing on their journey and the shifts you believe they need to make rather than your own?  If the answer to any of those questions is ”Yes” then THAT is what makes you feel the way you do in the first place.

It is true with anything in life. If we focus on something outside of ourselves and make it very important to us, when things do not go the way we WANT them to, we get unhappy. So is it any wonder if you are focusing on the other person that you become unhappy when they are not following the “game plan”? Too often in this journey, we focus on our interactions with them, how they make us feel, what their life is about and what they are doing.

Throughout the groups, there seem to be lot of people focusing on questions like, “How should I know when it is time to reach out to my twin,” and “what’s it going to be like to have sex with my twin after a couple of months of dating.” This is all OUTER focus.

I don’t know how many times this needs to be said. If there is truly a twin soul connection or a destined connection, it cannot be broken so STOP focusing on it. Focus elsewhere. All the time. Only focus on that person when they come into your moment of NOW. Truth is, you are fated to spend time with that person or you are not. Let them go. This is the true meaning of faith. You have to stop trying to control the situation. Focus on your own self and meeting your own needs. You will never, and I repeat never, come into full divine union of any kind until you are standing in your full wholeness.

When you have gone through the process of letting go of all the obstacles that stand in your way of showing up as your unique authentic self, you are whole. This means you are able to stand in your own power and your own truth. This means you can enjoy the connection with the other person as they come into and out of your moment of NOW in complete peace and joy. You can allow that person to be their complete selves in any given moment.

Until you can say you are honestly there, you will NOT be with your twin or any other sacred partner in the type of union you seek. It simply is not possible. Now that does not mean, of course, that you cannot have 3D relationships with others—or even your twin for that matter. Just expect those relationships to offer you up all kinds of triggers as homework assignments for release! That is often a big part of the process. Unless you make resolving those triggers and letting go of old belief patterns your highest intention, you will not be coming into sacred union anytime soon. That is reality. Coming into wholeness is a process.

One of the things that Source has been advising strongly for most on the twin soul / twin flame journey is to really focus on uncovering what you are here to do. What skills, talents and abilities did you come here with? What do you do differently than everyone else? If you know what you love to do, start doing it! If you love to write, write. If you love to draw, draw. If you love to paint, paint. Focus on what you love to do and that which brings you your highest excitement. THAT is how you focus on YOU. Then it will not matter to you WHO is your twin, or if you have one!

In summary, when you find yourself frustrated with your situation, questioning your sanity or just feeling stressed out about your twin flame journey, please try to remember to focus on yourself more. Focus on your highest excitement in any given moment, even if that moment is time you do have with your twin. That is probably the single most important message you can receive at this time. You cannot break the bond you have with that person if he or she is your twin. What you can do, is immediately turn your attention to something YOU want to do right now that has nothing to do with your twin. That has everything to do with YOU and your life RIGHT HERE and RIGHT NOW.
