But the YoUniverse knows what it’s doing. Of that be certain. For during this period of time, we have alot of things shaking up our worlds which will dictate where we go from here. You know, having most recently released the article Shifting Belief Systems, which began with “the highway to hell is paved with good intentions,” I didn’t understand that was foreshadowing for a lot of us, including me.

Coming off the high of the launch of my twin flame platform designed to provide “stuck twins” a place to go to get away from the noise of Facebook, I found myself very ill. Spending over six hours on Facebook live that day, the YoUniverse said to me, “Um, you don’t need to work that hard and since you don’t seem to want to slow down, you will be forced to slow down.” And then, from laryngitis to bronchitis to sinus headaches to dry hacking coughs, I was down for the count. But, hindsight being 20-20, I can say without a doubt that all things are in perfect alignment. For now, we are really in the throws of teaching ourselves the things we absolutely need to learn in order to move forward. Such is the way of the YoUniverse. And now is that time.

So, this latest shift for me personally dealt with something I have been struggling with for a while, which needed finally to be addressed. There was no getting out of it. There was no avoiding it. It had been coming for a long time. Almost a whole year. And, the YoUniverse took control of the situation and before I knew what happened, things had realigned themselves for the betterment of myself and all involved. It’s one of those things that happens TO you and you’re really not sure how it happened, but you look at it and say, OMG, did that just happen? Just like the Tower in the tarot cards! But it feels incredibly right and you feel FREE. That is what happened to me. For the Soul definitely is awakening us to the answers of how to change our reality. And that is the BE the change. And when we avoid being the change for any number of reason, the YoUniverse will make the change for you. Ultimately you will be the change you wish to see! Now if that twists your head around, give it some thought and meditate on it.

For me personally, this change involves twin flame groups. Many of you who know my work are aware that I live to help people get “unstuck” in the twin flame/catalytic heart awakening connection. It is the reason I founded one of my groups years ago–once called Heart Connections & Sacred Union–now called True Sacred Union. While certainly not the biggest, it grew organically from the original 25 people, attracting only those that were aligned with the message as I never added a single person to it. I let it build organically to its current 4,000+ members. And, in that sacred space, I have been able to share my path in my own vibration.

Over the years, however, as many others have done, I shared my information in groups that do not carry that same vibration. That is not to say there are not people into those groups in that vibration; I am speaking of the overall vibation of the room in all its myriad of factors. I know you understand. And, I did so because I wanted to be a beacon of light, always hoping to lead people towards truth (which is by the way a whole hell of lot more interesting and empowering than illusion!). But by lending my energies to those groups, I most assuredly continued to support the structure, lending credibility to it. For if someone finds Sanity in the midst of Chaos, they will continue to go into the Chaos looking for Sanity.

The results of the shift that happened to me is that circumstances created the perfect opportunity to make the shift that I just refused to make for so long and it invariably aligned me with the Highest Good of the One. I wanted to BE the change, so I left those twin flame rooms for good. I no longer desired to lend my credibility to ANY such system through my participation. There are many smaller, twin flame groups who I DO resonate with and I will continue to share my stuff in their room or welcome others sharing my work wherever they feel it will benefit others!

And, I also was shown that if someone is aligned with my experiences and needs a bit of assistance along the way, they will find me in my own groups and we will teach and learn together. I still offer readings and one-on-one sessions, however, sadly I decided to close the TSU portal. While the portal was created with love and full of great intentions, it’s an idea whose time just did not yet come. My blog website, however, is still fully available.

So in essence: I called back my energy to myself. I stopped giving away my energies into a space that was not a vibrational match with my own. And through the process of doing that, I realized how much of myself I HAD given away. By contrast, I am now spending much more time focusing attention on my 13- (soon to be 14-) year old daughter who really needs her Mom. And, I have been helping family members who are making huge transitions in their lives. I have focused more on my web design business growth and development. And, I have become much more aligned with my “team” on earth. THAT is what this path brings us. It brings us eventually back to our OWN power where we are actually better able to help others.

Essentially, the big discovery for me (and many others on this path) is that I believe I am now a twin flame graduate. Which only means, I feel I have completed my initiation on this path and it is no longer my chosen LEARNING path. That is not to say that I cannot be very instrumental in helping others who do find themselves seeking guidance. But, I personally have come full circle on this path. I am in full union and no longer need to focus on creating it. It just unfolds. And, now I am beginning a new phase of my path. Going beyond the lessons of twin flames into a broader path which contains all kinds of new experiences. These experience will allow me the opportunity to really fly with all I have learned. And, you can bet, I will share what I learn along the way!

So what does this all mean for those of you who are on this path? I believe it is a great indicator to those of you who are “bonafide twin flames” for lack of a better words. You have done alot of your work and understand you are the creators of your own reality. Therefore, if you’ve chosen to, you are moving into union within self and creating your unions in the way that they are meant to be FULLY. You have done your job by breaking old templated patterns, putting information into the Source field for others to access. You’ve provided codes to unblock familial templates and others can now access them. Bravo! You are well on your way!

To others who are here to experience Sacred Union, continue to do your work, awaken to your higher truths, and prepare yourselves for union within self. You continue to eliminate the blocks you have to love so you can experience incredible new relationships of sacred union. And, those who are not awakened yet to what sacred union truly is, you will continue to engage in the twin flame conversations which keeps you sane while eventually discovering where your soul intends you to go with all of this. And hopefully, those of you who feel stuck will reach out to me or others who have valuable insight and answers. I will be here. I will not be going anywhere. You can find me on True Sacred Union, Raising Vibrational Frequencies, and my latest full circle project, What On Earth 2018. I will be sharing things I feel inspired to share, quietly living my union, doing my work, and creating my abundant reality, rejoicing in my new level of freedom.

There are a lot of people that think that they have to “save the world.” I guess I was one of them. But when we come from that perspective, we spend our time so focused outside of ourselves. We don’t realize that the changes that need to be made are right here, right now, in our very own backyards. With the very people we interact with each and every day. Or SHOULD interact with each and every day. I realize even more now, I will save the world by saving myself. By doing my work. By connecting with my inner most being. By loving those I am in contact with on moment by moment basis. HERE. NOW. ALWAYS.

I love you all very much and look forward to sharing where this journey leads. I will still absolutely be writing articles and doing videos that I’m inspired to do. Some may deal with catalytic heart awakening. Some may be general ascension. And most certainly I will do some card readings for fun. But I’ll be doing it as part of my other paths, as I have time or feel so called. Thank you all for being part of my path!

I’ve been watching these changes. Witnessing their struggles. Hearing their perspectives and perceptions. And taking lots of mental notes. I’m seeing it all!  The masculine needing to care for their sick mothers or aging fathers. Men dealing with divorces caused by their wive’s catalytic heart awakening. Some masculine making rash new relationship decisions, trying to reconstitute some semblence of control over their lives. Some living with rash decisions, finding themselves in partnerships that give them a taste of what their former spouse had to deal with. Some are adjusting to new shared custody situations. Some masculine just freshly out of divorces, however, are doing doing better than others. I know one man who is visiting art galleries and reading self-help books after his marriage dissolved. And, his ex would swear she never would have seen that coming! So much incredible change!

Well, we’ve all been hearing a lot about how it is the divine masculine’s “turn.” That the divine feminine has done so much work over the past five or more years, that was bound to affect the masculine. Well, apparently this is true. I do believe, however, that over the last half-decade or so, the masculine has been heavily exposed to the feminine shifts, and affected to say the least. Many masculine have resisted the changes until the very last moment. And, now there is very little strength left to resist these changes. Resistence is futile.

Over the next several months, I am going to be delving deeper into some of the changes that the divine masculine is making at this time. For example, in my December Energy Report and Twin Flame Tarot reading due out on YouTube on Friday, I will feature a new ongoing format. This new format is going spotlight the divine masculine specifically, while addressing the divine feminine. I feel very strongly guided to address these changes and give as much guidance as possible. This guidance will be for the masculine who are awakening to all kinds of new possibility. It will also be for the feminine who have been waiting to see these shifts!

Today–as timing always has it–I was contemplating writing about the divine masculine shifts when I ran across a post that was written by a divine masculine friend in 2012. I got chills. His writing contains none of the flowery, imagery-conjuring prose which portrays to the divine feminine a romantic version of the hero, the “knight in shining armor.” We have all seen the posts. The hero who saves the day with his amazing ability to be an incredible “real” man but also managing to be the respectful, tender lover the divine feminine has been programmed to seek all her life! This writing, however, is THE SHIFT at its core. And it made me even more resolute to help the divine masculine make this shift into HIS wholeness. For the divine masculine has been just as fragmented as the divine feminine. I now stand at the ready to help in any way I can! And I hope we can all join together to see it through…

A note about his post: This post easily addresses ALL the awakening masses during that big shift we all experience at the winter solstice of 2012. But, I definitely see now what I could not see then. That he was speaking to himself and the divine masculine in the ONE. I share it here with you to give you encouragement that the subconscious of the divine masculine began this shift when we did. The message is here. It was there at the time, but I did not see it. Thank God that we have real shifts and changes happening on this planet. Where the hearts of men are becoming the true compass of the way to the future. We are not alone divine feminine. They are coming home into their hearts. And the world will never be the same!

It’s been a rough couple of weeks for me personally. We have been experiencing all kinds of technology issues with my web design business and even the platform I’ve been building for the community was “stalled” (by my own judgement) because of DoS attacks on our server, which have affected our server speed. At one point, we were monitoring our server night and day! Talk about stress…It was affecting everything I did. And, in that experience, I had built up a lot of stress energy, which I was subconsciously holding. Then, of course, I was projecting it elsewhere as proof that it was not mine. So that created more not-so-helpful reality.

This type of thing happens. It happens all the time. To everyone. No one is exempt right now. This is LIFE. And, truth be told, we are NOT on the other side of ascension (awakening). We are in the middle of it, which is all about undoing the old belief systems and patterns of imperfection. We are going through it NOW and we are very, very brave! Those of us that signed up for this journey should be very proud of ourselves. This is not easy. I have been communicating with so many people who are struggling right now. They are weary. And they are physically TIRED. And many of us are sleeping long periods. Or not sleeping at all.

Well, as things would have it, and the way this wonderful process works, one of the followers of my True Sacred Union page on Facebook, Kimberley Ann, posted this amazing ho’oponopono meditation video by Jason Stephenson. And, as time actually allowed me to sit and listen to it, I became calm and released a lot of stress and old patterns. As I listened to the meditation, I felt the video was created just for me. And I’m certain it was. Although I know that it will be helpful for each and every one of you as well!

The funny thing is, I did not realize that I needed the ho’oponopono prayer more than anyone as I was sharing it yesterday. I needed it from the bottom and depth of my soul. To come to peace. To remember that I was creating my reality. That All the struggle and anger and frustration was coming from my own thought patterns. And as this process would have it, it showed up for me just when I needed it. That is the beauty of this process. You WILL move forward because you have all kinds of help bringing you just what you need when you need it. So, you can relax!

That is very humbling to realize. And it is scary if you think about it. YOU are completely responsible for your reality. I write about it. I say it. I know it at some level. But truth is, sometimes it’s quite scary to really accept. For when we do, we realize that there is nothing that exists outside of our belief system that we do not create. Which means we must accept FULL responsibility in all ways EVERY DAY in every situation in EVERY way and there is no one to blame but ourselves. EVER. What do you think about that?

Oh, the ego mind will come up with all kinds of wonderful stories about how so and so did such and such to make us feel that way. NO. You feel that way because you feel that way and no one can make you feel anything at all. THAT is reality and it is a HARSH reality. Because to accept it, is to stop blaming other people and start getting down to the business of asking ourselves, “What must I believe about myself to be feeling this way? WHAT am I really believing?” It is only when we ask ourselves this very hard question that we can get to the bottom line and see it’s falsehood. When a belief is not helpful, it needs to be dropped or we create from it. Make sense? And, this my friends, is what “doing the work” really means.

This ho’oponopono meditation actually outlined so many of the things that I was still holding inside of myself. I know that I have cleared many, many old programmed thought patterns. But it was important for me to see that I still have work to do. We all have work to do. Unless you are 100% in your center all the time with no negative feelings or experiences, you have work to do too.

And now is a great time to become even more aware of it. Some of us are about to have a Thanksgiving feast. Perhaps we might all spare a thought of gratitude for all our beliefs. Those that support us, and those that we find unhelpful. Then trying letting them all go, one-by-one, whether you judge them to be good and or bad, helpful or unhelpful. In that moment, you will find an increase in Self, an increase in influence, and an increase in abundance of all that you wish for and deserve! In that moment, you will find the NOW!

Many people have asked me about ho’oponopono and it’s meaning. I was first introduced to ho’oponopono several years ago by one of my best friends. I did not know much about it, but I know that when I used it, it worked. The energy around triggered emotions would easily disappate and actual experience would shift and change for the better immediately upon using it. While I have never wanted to intellectualize it, I did go back to old information that was provided me at the time to offer an understanding of this very helpful tool. I wanted to provide this information for those of you who do like to understand the principles behind any tools you use. The videos below should be quite helpful!

“Who Am I?”
Your beliefs are defining you.
They become the root of your experience.
They are not necessarily true.
Or, once they were true, but are not true now.
This is subtle like a ripple across the ocean…
Do your beliefs serve you now?
All of those beliefs have been inherited or imprinted on you.
Do they serve you NOW?
You can change the parameters of your existence in the NOW.
Change that within yourself and the outer world changes.
Most of the time we are operating from sets, and subsets of beliefs, which are antiquated and unhelpful.
Is it not time to refresh your understanding of the world that you live in NOW?
You don’t even have to understand your beliefs or recognize them
The powerful work of Ho’oponpono gently cleanses that which no longer serves you.
The more you do it, the quicker the results.
Bottom line, you’ll feel better and see real change in your world.
Now isn’t that a helpful belief?

This leads me to the topic for this article, which is actually where we are at in the current energies. And that topic is about the souls who have been reaching out to tell me (and others in groups) that they feel “stuck” in their catalytic heart awakening path. While many of us all have been moving swiftly through this process, others are having a really hard time. And, I wanted to reassure the collective of you who feel this way that this is most likely simply due to each Soul’s particular timing. Be assured, if you feel this is you, you are doing fine! You WILL get through this. You ARE moving through this. You might just need little boosts along the way. And that is NORMAL!

Many of us who have been moving forward and progressing nicely on our soul’s progression have seen a resurgence of the “old crazies” we used to get on the path. For some reason the heart connection energies have intensified over the past couple of week. And I do believe it is due to the acceleration of the masculine’s push to shift. The energies are taking their toll as we are all one big collective remember! But, on the whole though there is a BIG difference for what used to pass as crazies and now! So, while more and more people are letting go of their programs and beliefs one at a time, becoming clearer and clearer, the energies have kicked it up a notch. This may account for some people really feeling they are “stuck” who do not realize how far they have actually come!

The big difference is in the amount of time it takes to move something and move out of it. Also, we seem to be stronger. What once might devastate us for a week, is now causing us a bit of anger for one or two minutes and we set it aside because it’s just not worth the hassle. The problem is, there is an acceleration of these things triggering us, so it feels like we are triggered frequently but they are typically short lived. And, THAT is different!

I do believe, however, there are a good number of people that are truly struggling so I do not wish to minimize it. I wish to address it. If you are feeling pain in this catalytic heart awakening then it may be time to learn that it doesn’t have to hurt. There is a definite part to this process during which un-attaching becomes necessary. We have to really consciously decide that we are done with the pain. Done with the longing for what WAS. Done with the focusing on the past connection, while it is apparent that at least for now, the connection is no longer the same as it was. Those who are holding onto to what “was” seem to be the people who are suffering the most. And, I get it! I totally understand. What was could have been amazing, and what is now kinda sucks! That is because we are not through all the shifts and changes yet. THAT is for sure!

For people who have had such a truly heart awakening connection, can and do find themselves haunted by the past experience. Many of you have had years go by and they cannot seem to forget this person or stop feeling the pain of the connection.

For these people, if your heart connection is like this, there is only one answer. And that is letting go and trying to live in the moment of NOW. And while it is true that you MAY be feeling the other person and the work they are doing which can affect you for sure, it is most important to focus on NOW instead of the past. Because the only way to the future is through NOW. And I would like to say that each and every one of you who feels they are alone right now, or that is not in union or connection with their sacred partner, you must go through this process to BE there. And if you are not focused on your NOW, then you are keeping yourself in a STUCK state from which you delay the process.

I do not judge anyone’s sacred partnership and do not label any of them twins or not twins. I just know that in order to reach the new sacred partnership, we cannot stay stuck living in the past or in our belief systems. And the energy alignments are making it almost impossible to stay stuck, which is why so many people are feeling the very painful push to MOVE out of the STUCK. When something becomes so painful, you MUST do something. And that I believe the current energies are dishing up.

It is that energy which is pushing most of the masculine energies to shift. It is becoming so difficult to stay out of alignment with our soul’s intentions. And, to the degree we experience stress from it all, either in negative emotions like sadness or frenetic energies like craziness, is the degree we are still holding onto the OLD energies. The old templated relationships. The old expectations of what should be. The old experiences that we had in the past, even if they were blissful.

The energies are asking us all to MOVE FORWARD. And we do that by letting go of the past entirely and not looking to any future. JUST living in the NOW. And using this moment of now to bring forth higher vibrations for ourselves and for those around us.

If you feel you are stuck, I’d like to ask you to DO something right now. DO something that makes you feel joy. Take control of your moments of NOW. Decide to focus your energies and attentions on things that you love. GET busy with what calls to you for creative expression. Get involved in that project to save a horse’s life, or feed the homeless, or create a new business, or learn to play an instrument, or take acting lessons. Whatever it is that you feel in your heart is something that calls to you DO THAT NOW.

It’s so important for each of us to keep plowing through these very challenging energies and not get STUCK there wallowing in what could have been, or what might be. Even when we feel the tug of our beloved, we need to smile and trust the Universe. They are moving on their path as well. They are going through whatever it is they must go through. And all kinds of surprises await. But nothing can happen in the NOW if we are busy thinking about the way it was. Or the way we wish it could be.

And for those of you who have been very much in your own power and doing your own thing, don’t put up walls either. Don’t focus so much on being so strong that you put up blocks. It’s easy to do! Remember that we create distance by our thoughts. If we feel separate and want to make the other person feel the separateness to ease our separate, we are creating separation from ourselves. We can easily find ourselves putting distance between us and our beloveds without realizing it! So, as we focus our attention and energies in our NOW moments, creating all kinds of amazing things, keep your heart open. Send love to your beloved and to the world. Let the YOUniverse know that you trust it to deliver a vibrational match to you in all things. NOW and in any future moments of now.

For now, I will begin a series of posts which are inspired by those questions, tuning into Higher Self Source connection for answers, choosing questions through inner guidance that will benefit people the most.

The following question is a really good one, which I have been asked many times (in different ways). Tuning into Source, I rephrased the question in a general way:

QUESTION:
I am so torn between wanting to run away from my heart connection and yet being unable to. I feel stuck and trapped. This makes it nearly impossible to keep my vibrations high as I am in a constant stage of anxiety and fear. What can I do?

ANSWER:
When your heart receives the catalytic call to open through one of these heart connections, the whole point is to uncover that which keeps you in darkness. It will expose all your fears and make you face them. The intense feeling of “between a rock and a hard place” is literally what helps you to shift. For you cannot stay in that position indefinitely. You MUST shift.

If it were not such an intense connection, you would run away and gladly put it behind you, looking for ways to recreate a situation which feels more comfortable for you. But that is not your Soul’s wish for you. Your soul’s wish for you is to STAY within that connection and do the work you need to do to get FREE of the programs which entrap you. That is why the attraction and heart calling is so strong for you. You cannot escape the emotions of it if you try. That doesn’t not mean “stay” attached to another person, seeing them as your savior, but it means “stay” with the heart connection you are experiencing, though he/she may be nowhere in physicality to you.

Therefore, the answer lies in the truth that there is no running from what the heart connection is trying to teach you. Your mind will try to take over and convince you of all kinds of stories. It will try make this connection about something other than what it is for. And it will create more fear and anxiety which you experience as “darkness.”

So, what can you do? Surrender to the Soul. Surrender to what the Soul wishes to teach. There is an acceptance that has to happen in order for you to be able to move forward. You must accept that everything is happening exactly as it supposed to for a reason. And, then you must realize you have NO IDEA what that reason is.

The mind chatter must stop. For it is the mind that creates the anxiety and fear around the situation. Telling you that you should control the situation. Telling you that you should understand the situation. Telling you that you should take CHARGE of the situation. Telling you that you should DO SOMETHING.

Everything the mind (ego) tells you is just a distraction from what the connection is for. And until you realize that the mind has no answers, you are trapped by it. And that is the experience of darkness or low vibration that can result from these connections.

So, how do you silence the mind? There are many ways to do this. But before you can do this, you must REALIZE that you are in your mind and be willing to get OUT of the mind and into the heart. The heart’s intelligence is so much more powerful and true. The heart will tell you truth. The mind (ego) will repeat stories to you that are not true and pull you off your path. This takes a willingness to LET GO of the mind stories. It must be done before you can literally silence the mind. And, this takes consciousness. Determination to see all the times you are in the MIND.

When you become conscious of this, then the true beautiful work can begin. You become an active participant in this process. When you are determined to not let the mind take over, there are all kinds of things you can do. But, first and foremost is the literal acceptance that everything is happening just the way it is supposed to. All of it! There is a tremendous power in that. And that it is ALWAYS for your highest good. And your highest good IS your happiness.

Oftentimes people think the “highest good” is for the soul and not the ego mind. Truth be told, the “highest good” is always your ultimate happiness and that would mean the happiness of your “ego mind” as well even if it does not appear so. Complete and utter joy does not exclude any part of your experience here in physicality. It is inclusive of all that you are. And that is what this ascension path is for. To enable you to experience the truth of Who You Are here and now in physicality.

So, what to do when the mind takes over? First is to realize it has. A good mantra to be used when this happens is, “I know what nothing means, including this.” It is a way of letting go of control and the programmed response of creating stories to explain what you think you are experiencing. The mind constantly looks for ways to explain what you think you are seeing. By realizing that you have no idea what any of this really means, you are in essence moving into your heart space and out of your mind space. Your heart is able to give you the understanding that the mind cannot. Because the Heart Intelligence understands all. It is connected to the “big picture.” It can give you flash insights into purpose which brings great comfort.

When you are in the comfortable knowing that all things are happening as they are supposed to, then you are able to focus on what is right in front of you, instead of transporting you into the past and into the future. That is what the mind wishes to do. Transport you out of the NOW. But the NOW is where all the peace and love is. It has always been held for you in the moment of NOW. It is the only place where you will find it. So, are you focused on your NOW?

Look to what is right in front of you NOW. Are you focused there? Or are you focused on some other place? Some other person? Some other time?

Go into your heart right now. Ask yourself. Am I focused right in the moment of NOW. That which is front of me? If not, then there is your answer. Look around you. How can you move into that which matters in your moment of NOW? By letting go of that which you cannot control with the mind. By accepting that all is in perfect alignment. By having great faith in this process. By having great faith in Source, All That Is, the Universe. YOU.

You will notice that your greatest joys come from when you are flowing in this moment of NOW without thought. It is what brings all the good things into your field. It is what creates the better moments of NOW. And NOW. And NOW.

This is the always answer to the chattering mind. And silencing that chatter is always the first step in raising your vibrations. Then you can use tools like “ho-oponpono” to clear negative patterns. You can go outside and listen to the sounds of nature and let your heart expand in higher vibrations. You can engage in activities that bring you great sense of peace. You can embrace those around you in your space of NOW without thought but only with love.

You will find this: Your heart connection will take care of itself. It will unfold as it supposed to. You will be on the fastest track to eliminating all the blocks you have to love and “becoming the change you wish to see in the world.” THIS is the true meaning of that expression. By living in the moment of NOW, you ARE the change. It is not DOING anything. It is BEING everything you truly are in each moment of NOW.

And so it is.

We can be grateful for Saturn, which has just stationed, as it keeps things from manifesting until all pieces are in place. And the mercury retro we find ourselves in also slows everything down as well. So, we must monitor our self-talk at this time. But be assured. You have a great powerful new energy underlying all that you perceive around you and you’ve waited a long time for this!

So many of you have been working through so much stuff to get to this place and you are finally sure of what your true reality looks like in your heart’s visual eye. You’ve had a taste of contrast to show you different timelines of the same scenarios and now it’s time to choose that which you will create. It will take great persistence of vision and great resilience to stay focused on your visions while at the same time letting go for it to manifest in the manner it will.

It’s time to realize that your path is your own and no one else’s. The situations that you’ve allowed to continue for the benefit of others is now apparently showing its truth. You cannot fix another’s world, only your own.

You who make choices out of the need to save others, or help them on their journey are missing the point. They do not need your help. They need the freedom that they fear giving themselves. For they are afraid of being alone, in charge of their own destiny. This is a planetary phenomenon and the solar eclipse was designed to undo this veil. For that is all illusion. You are never alone and no one can save you for you need not be saved. Nor can you save another for that is pure folly. And you see that now clearly.

Those who you try to save continue their paths without regard to what you do or say. They continue on their path with purposeful strides and it is now time to see…IT IS THEIR PATH NOT YOURS. Do you really resonate with those around you in complete harmony? Or is the vibrational difference easily perceived. While these differences are only temporary in this moment of now, one must ask if it is supposed to be bridged in this time space.

How long have you tried to bring harmony to a vastly different set of vibrations all around you? Do you wish to continue hitting your head against a wall!? Or is it time to face truth. You are forcing yourself off your path by continuing to insist that they need saving or that they are too weak to make it on their own. Hogwash we say!

It is sometimes easier to believe it is up to you to fix or restore situations than to realize it was never intended to stay in the first place. Like spoilt children, you throw tantrums of insistence that you know best, going against your heart. But you don’t look at the evidence before you. Change is not being made because YOU did not let go. You insist that if change was supposed to be, it would just happen. What you really believe that you are the savior and that no one can make it without your focused attention. How arrogant and yet admirable that you care that much that you are willing to deprive your soul of its deepest recognition of self for another person’s benefit.

It is tragic though in this time space because the current trajectory is into one of joy for all. Can you not hear the clarion call of your soul, master of Illusion? Step out of this now and know your true Mastery. It is waiting for your simple recognition that you can create the life you want, unencumbered by servitude.

The last several months have been all about clearing old belief patterns and seeing contrast between what you truly want and what you don’t. This gives you the springboard you need to send your rockets of desire up and away into manifestation. Just be sure you clean up the last remaining unhelpful programs and beliefs which block your highest most beneficial manifestations.

These words may seem a bit harsh but truth is upon you and you would not be reading these words if they were not your truth. Or maybe they are just words to trigger your own highest knowing. The bottom line is that the energies which are now flooding your planet give flight to your most precious desires. It would be a shame to let those energies go unharnessed until another time space.

Face your truth. It is time. What did you come here to do? Are you on that path? If so let the newly emerging climate of consciousness fuel your heart’s desires to move that mission forward. Creativity abounds right now! If you are not on your highest path of soul’s passion and flying higher and higher on it, stop right now and ask yourself what or who is stopping you? Ultimately the answer is going to be you. Your beliefs or your programs.

Awaken to this now and you can quickly jump timelines because that train has started to move. You can now run alongside the train and jump on. Rather that, then wait for the next train to your joyous Higher Self-Expression.

So, what do you believe? What are the stories you tell yourself? Do they serve you? Do they work for or against you? This is what you are being asked to look at right now in the depth of your being. For there is no place in the new energies to be out of alignment. There is no way to exist in your truth and out of your truth at the same time. Do you see this?

You have learned a lot over the last several years. Some of you have been working on this path since you came. Others have awakened to this truth for you recently, but it matters not. All that matters is that you are tuned in to the frequency of the Higher You. And that can be very challenging at this time with the energies that are coming in. It is as a test for you to surf waves that want to bury you. And your fortitude is tested. It pounds you hard. It makes you question everything you have perceived to be true. It makes you question everything you believe. For there is no time now to have beliefs that do not work for you. And you are shown preferences. Which would you prefer? This or that? It is time to decide. It is time to get off the fence and CHOOSE.

Guidance is coming from within you now. Yes, it is manifesting outside of you in all sorts of ways. But if you NEED outside guidance, it will not be available in that moment because it is time to turn inward. It is time to know what is in your heart. When you know what is in your heart, it will show up all around you in a myriad of ways. Your truth is painted as a picture around you. So, what is it showing you? Are you following your inner guidance? If you are, you will be in a space of calm and serenity at any given time. For you will TRUST what is. You will trust that you have embarked on this path and that all things that are supposed to happen WILL happen in accordance with your plan. If you are not following inner guidance, you will be tested and you will reach out around you and no one will be there. The Universe (YOU) is asking you to step up. Be the master that you are. It is time.

You are a twin flame? You are on a sacred heart path? Are you standing in your truth? You must ask yourself this question right now. Are you compromising what is important to you? Are you SPEAKING YOUR TRUTH? Some of you say that you have pulled away from those sacred partners/twin flames. Some have not spoken to those people for long periods of time. Why? There is no time for games. There is only time for truth. What IS the truth? Is that person who you have been focused on really the sacred partner you have been seeking? Is this really your twin? You must KNOW in your heart and you must ACT on that belief. Follow your heart in any given moment of now. It is time to stop pretending. You MUST be honest with yourselves.

Have you been feeling pain around the connection? It is time to revisit that. It is time to ask yourself what you are seeking outside of yourself that you are not getting inside. What do you need from the other person? Do you need that other person to feel good about yourself? All these questions. We know. They are difficult to answer. Sometimes you feel yourselves spinning trying to grasp clarity. But it is within reach for you have not been sitting idly by all this time allowing your world to spin out of control. You have been doing your work. You have been here releasing family templates. You have been exploring the depths of your feelings and allowing worn out patterns to surface and be released. So what is left? What pain is still there. You are bound to feel it now. LET IT GO. It is time for it to GO. There is not much time left for you to continue playing a game that is not bringing you the joy you are destined to experience.

You my sister/brother of the Light are LOVE. You are joy. That is an ingredient of what you ARE in reality. All the alignments you are experiencing right now are pushing up the surface those things that stop you from knowing yourself. They are the illusion that you created to know yourself as separate from the ONE, from the ALL. So, honor this period of time. Honor all those doubts and fears you are experiencing, because they are showing you what you still have left that STANDS IN YOUR WAY!! Release it and be done with it. There is so much waiting for you to experience. In your wholeness that you ARE already.

As for your twin flame connections, your sacred partner connections, you sacred love paths, all is in hand. The Universe is delivering now exactly what needs to be shown. Exactly what needs to be seen by all involved. Your “other” is with another? Trust that all is being shown to those involved. Things are not always as they seem. In the days of the social media as you term it all is “hunky dory” in the world. No one wishes to show truth to the world. Do NOT buy into your social media. If you are following those in relationships with others, STOP. STOP giving that your energy. Focus instead on what is in front of you. Allow those relationship to unfold and by unfold, we me UN FOLD. Let them be. They are needed at this time to help each individual get to where they are meant to be. Nothing is ever out of order so again we say TRUST. TRUST what you are experiencing and let it go to your own Higher Power for you chose this path and you know, your SOUL knows, what it is doing. LET GO.

We leave you with words of encouragement and love. You are never alone. You may feel alone, but you cannot by your very nature BE alone. Not only are you gifted with people embodied here on the planet who resonate with you and you with them, you are surrounded by an entourage of beings, both physical and non-physical who are here to assist you and walk this path with you. Fear not that you can ever be alone. If you knew how UN-alone you are, you might wish for some solitude!! Tune in and feel those energies around you. Allow for etheric hugs from those who walk with you daily. And hug as many people as you can in your world. And that means BIG hugs. Lots of them. Lots of words of encouragement for others you can offer up. BE THE LIGHT NOW. Step in your mastery. If not YOU, WHO?? Who will be the one who will show the way? YOU WILL. It is time now. The number of programs that have been cleared over the past five years (and more) by those who came to do this work has been astronomical. Wave after wave of dense consciousness has been transmuted into the light. Old ways of doing things that are painful because they are distortions of the earth school thought system are being banished by the souls who came to take it out of the collective and another portal is here at the Lions Gate which is open NOW. This portal is opened so that all of the energies which have been released from the collective can be dispersed completely never to return again.

One of the most fascinating phenomena is when one is given the opportunity to rewrite the stories of their existence. And those stories reach across the arc of time to shift timelines that originally might have had one outcome, but because of rewritten story lines, actually have another. For you see when we make shifts in the NOW, we shift it for all in the arc of time, past, present and future. That is because we are in fact now our past selves, being influenced by our future selves, to do the work that needs to be done NOW. And those future selves are Masters. They are the ones we look to in our “new age” conception for guidance. They are the ones we look to in channelings, like Kryon, Bashar, Abraham, Yeshua, and more. They are the ones we think are outside of ourselves. But they are NOT. They are US in the future.

We have come from the future to our NOW to change our path from polarity to one of Unity Consciousness. So the original timelines, which have been altered by all kinds of experiments, could merge back into the ONE plan for Humanity. As we make those shifts in the NOW, they are reflected throughout all of time, thereby erasing the timelines which never were meant to be. For it is all an illusion we experienced. All of the experience that has been and will continue to be transmitted back to the Godhead and the collective library of experience which all can recall at will if chosen. But the time for the old ways are over. They are being transmuted though the efforts of the NOW.

As the old programs leave and are transmitted, the timelines are shifted by rewriting the stories we have written in our past. When one is in a state of wholeness and can no longer respond in the same way to circumstance because he/she is simply not the same person anymore, then the opportunity to rewrite becomes available. You will experience rewriting when the programs have lost their hold over you. Your Higher Wisdom—your Inner Master–comes in to navigate the moment of NOW. And you will find that circumstances that you used to face will resurface again, often with those who you had conflict with in the past and you will no longer respond in a triggered way. You will be completely aware of the change. You will consciously decide to respond differently from your higher knowing. In your honesty and in your truth. In love and in strength. Without fear of abandonment. Without fear of retribution. For when you are in your heart center, you can come from no other place. Any other place does not feel authentic
.
And as you respond differently, you rewrite the records of the past. And you change the course of the timelines because everything has a different outcome. Where once there might have been tears and shouts, there is love and peace and it is healing for all involved. The healing energies that take place transform everything around you. And though you may rewrite and rewrite, and then stumble, all that you have rewritten is accomplished. Fear not. You will have the opportunity to rewrite the stumble because as long as your response was not from LOVE, it will replay until you can rewrite it.

As you experience these circumstances, if you do not know how to rewrite something worry not. Allow yourself some time and some latitude to let it come to you. For we cannot force rewriting stories. We can only allow them to surface in the moment of NOW and take it one step at a time. Sometimes you know your will. You know what you wish an outcome to be. You want to take action to make it so NOW. But it is not that moment of NOW. You must bide your “time” for a future moment of NOW because all is divinely timed. And circumstances will come along that allow for the appropriate responses at the appropriate “time of NOW.” So let it go. The important thing is that you KNOW your truth. You KNOW what you stand for. You KNOW what you will and will not allow into your field. You KNOW your higher being is walking with you. And because of that, you walk with the confidence that the time will come to act upon what you know. To demonstrate your truth.

It is incredibly important to stay in the moment of NOW as you rewrite the stories. Do not force the stories. Do not take control and highjack the process. Stay steady. Stay in the heart. Stay in LOVE. Be love, but be honest. Be patience and be kind when you can. But be strong. Know your position. Know who you are. BE who you are. And that is how the stories are rewritten.

As the stories are rewritten during this Lions Gate they will be released for good, those that have been completed. And those stories that have not will continue to be rewritten and released at the next Lions Gate, so fear not. There is a definite divine order to it all. Certain stories cannot be rewritten until other stories are rewritten. So trust and have faith in this process. Be steadfast in your knowledge that this is so. So many stories have been rewritten already. Those are all being released through the portal at this time and will continue until the end of the Lions Gate energies through mid-August.

A note for those of you on the sacred union love path: The work you have been doing together is extremely powerful. The path of the twins (or one soul in two bodies) is an accelerated path and therefore seemingly leading the charge. The intense and accelerated opening and movement into Higher Consciousness was a path you chose and your work is extremely important. As you clear the familial blocks to love, towards each other and towards self-love expression, you are opening up new pathways for the collective to access during this period of NOW in expansion and self-knowledge. Be encouraged the work done together is being done efficiently and effectively. At the Lions Gate, you are encouraged to go to zero point to hold the vibration of Oneness as the most intense release opportunities are available to you through the portal. Let it all go. Be the ONE you are with All. No separation and no stories.

The upcoming eclipse will bring the waves of new energies in to strengthen the newly rewritten stories. They will become second nature to the collective. All will have access to these new authentic powerful answers to life’s seeming difficulties. Answers will be at the ready in so many more circumstances for those who are awakening. They will reach for responses and instead of finding the old energy patterns to surf, they will find new ones. They will not even notice the change. As they awaken, they will believe these are the way things have always been. For in the original timeline, they were. And as the original timeline is restored, all of these unhappy and fear-based stories that have been “lived” will fade into the distant “past” and will no longer be recalled in humanity, but only in the halls of remembrance as the students visit to explore possibilities. And this is the dawning of peace.

Please remember, it is a process. It is a thorough and well-designed process that MUST be accomplished for it was made so by YOU. And your will for a better reality as a Creator of the ONE makes it REAL NOW.

And so it is.

Countless twins have brought up the subject of jealousy to me recently as they are currently undergoing the purging and releasing of this very destructive energy. Having released this awhile back, I realized that many others have not. Make no mistakes, this energy is system wide, carried by both feminine and masculine beings. During this time space of awakening we are being asked to look at this destructive force and rid ourselves of it for good. It is a state of being that asks us to be “separate from another” and spotlights their separateness from us, which is contrary to the reality of Oneness. During this work, be aware that even whilst we work to rid ourselves of it, there are deeper and deeper levels of jealousy that need to be addressed, so releasing often occurs over a long period of time through a series of purges.

Releasing jealousy requires us to experience the state of being jealous, therefore, being triggered by our beloved or anyone at all it actually part of the releasing process. We are simply calling forth by them, emotions that we need to address within ourselves. And, if we find ourselves in situations where our “Other” is calling forth this energy, they are doing so in great service to us.

Sometimes we might interpret this as an attack, if in fact there are circumstances which would typically be considered legitimate reasons to feel jealous. But, if we did not have that element within us, it could not be called forth at all, no matter what they did. Often the circumstances which call forth jealousy are ones the Other needs to experience for their own growth, and it simultaneously means we have to do our work to release it. And other times, jealousy is unwarranted altogether. But if that jealousy monster is inside, it matters not if there is just cause to feel it. It will appear to make itself known. And it must be dealt with for once and for all!

Understand that one of the reasons a sacred heart connection happens is to bring forth those elements within us that need to be released and healed. The connection as we experience it is only a reflection that which is inside of us. When we shift what is inside—our beliefs and programs—our reality cannot help but shift. Let that be the incentive to tackle these very unhelpful elements. Once we conquer and release these programs and patterns, our reality proves that they are gone as we no longer can be triggered on those patterns. This is because we are constantly creating our reality based on our thoughts, feelings, actions and words. And when they no longer exist, guess what? Neither will the jealousy.

We wish to speak now of jealousy specifically in the sacred heart connection for it has special purpose. When the “two who are one” clear jealousy it is for the collective. Jealousy is a very controlling, pervasive energy that has been “manufactured” shall we say for a purpose. It literally keeps people apart, energetically pushing them to see distance where there is none. And that has helped create the “separateness” that has been part of the “experiment.”

Instinctively, those who came here to spearhead the shifts from within the matrix, know this energy is something not desired to be experienced. And many married into relationships where the love for the other person was not so intense so that jealousy would be not be experienced. Also on this side of the veil, one could remember the oneness that goes along with a lack of jealousy. One of the many reasons most experienced this type of marriage prior to meeting a catalyst or twin is so that we would have experience of how comfortable it feels to NOT be jealous. To relax into “security” from that standpoint.

By releasing states of jealousy, we are able to stand in our own power more. We are able to let go of the other person and move into our authentic being, following the path our soul wishes for us without distraction. Jealousy is a state of being which distracts us from our path and journey. It keeps us worrying and fretting about the other person is doing and stops us from enjoying our sacred space. So doesn’t it make sense that many of us who came in for the sacred heart connection path, married spouses who would not “distract” us from our path? And, recently, many of us have realized this fact. We married or partnered with people who do not trigger jealousy so as we could do what we came here to do, our missions unhindered.

It is interesting that while partnering with someone and gaining that state of non-jealousy, we simultaneously continued our search—albeit not always consciously—for the ONE that we had always been looking for. Most of us on the sacred heart path, even though settling into marriage, never stopped looking and hoping we would find or reconnect with the ONE true connection we know exists. And upon reflection—as many of these marriages are now breaking up—and as many have literally stumbled into higher sacred connections, we end up re-discovering in some aspect of the jealousy piece. One that has to be faced and dealt with. For most of us forgot that energy for a long time as it was not called forth in us by our karmic partners.

So, with that “jealousy” button pressed in any flavor, how is it released?

By going into the heart center. The answers to the connection we have with any person are in our knowing. We KNOW inside of ourselves the depth of our connection. When we know this heart connection and call it forth into our heart space, there is no room in that moment for jealous thoughts. Because the heart intelligence does not know jealousy. It only knows loving connection and truth. And, what it must know is that all things are in perfect order no matter what.

The heart knows that we are all One. The heart knows that in Truth, there is no “special love” and that all love is just LOVE. But to the human mind, and the programming put into the matrix, there should only be one-on-one love. And when we ask ourselves the question, are we able to only love one person? The answer is almost always, “of course not!” But when sexuality is involved, or romantic ideas of love, we often wish to be the center of another’s universe. Sometimes we actually believe we ARE the center of the person’s Universe in order to stave off the worry that they might find another worthier than we are. Either way, with the false programming, we must learn to love ourselves and learn to let go during triggering experiences to let things unfold and show us TRUTH.

There may be cases where there are other partners involved with the Beloved and he/she is actually in a physical relationship with another person. On the other hand, there may be cases where we worry our Beloved is interested in another person for no real reason. There are all kinds of ways that we are able to be triggered into jealousy—whether justified or not. If we allow that energy to stay, then we have justified that jealousy is normal. Contrary to what we have been taught through what we see on the “big screen” jealousy is NOT natural to our state of being. And, until we spend time allowing ourselves to feel that jealousy and then go into our heart center out of choice and release that emotion or feeling, we will continue to repeat the program.

When we do, we begin to find that we no longer act out of jealousy (if we ever did). We find that we can control our actions that are based on those feelings and that is a good beginning. That is a great first step which makes it more possible to go into our heart center and know the connection. After all, it is virtually impossible to go into our heart center when we are triggered. When we are triggered, there are energy charges around what triggers us, often caused from other lifetimes or even traumatic experiences in THIS incarnation. And, they need to be released and let go.

Using a technique like ho’oponopono is a wonderful way to discharge those destructive energies. Ho’oponopono is a clearing technique which can be researched online which has proven successful in clearing negative energy patterns, but there are others. Each person much find that clearing technique which works best for them. Ho’oponopono is simple, easy to remember and works for many.

Once we clear the jealousy energy, then we are more likely to be able to go into our heart center and feel the connection we have with the Beloved. When you still yourself in the moment of now, you will know your connection and it will begin to develop a new level of peace within. This process will most likely be taking place simultaneously and alongside our process of releasing on all things that get in the way of loving ourselves. The whole entire sacred heart clearing process is leading us into remembering and stepping into our Authentic Being. It is one which helps us removing all blocks we have to love built up over the course of our existence in physicality. Jealousy is merely ONE of them, but often one of the deepest to address and eliminate. Approaching jealousy in much the same manner as all other blocks will be most helpful.

Real heart centered, powerful love requires us to know our true inner beauty and to respect the needs of another’s soul. All souls require different experiences for their growth. If the growth of our Beloved requires relationship of any kind with another, we must find it within ourselves to eliminate the feelings of jealousy so that those feelings no longer have control over us or cause temporary damage to our connections. Also, if there is unwarranted jealousy because we want to be the center of one’s Universe, we must learn to grow into a higher version of ourselves where we are the center of our OWN Universe and meet our own needs first. Only then are we ready to meet at the depth of Union with another that we would choose to experience. Essentially we are each our own “home.”
