But the YoUniverse knows what it’s doing. Of that be certain. For during this period of time, we have alot of things shaking up our worlds which will dictate where we go from here. You know, having most recently released the article Shifting Belief Systems, which began with “the highway to hell is paved with good intentions,” I didn’t understand that was foreshadowing for a lot of us, including me.

Coming off the high of the launch of my twin flame platform designed to provide “stuck twins” a place to go to get away from the noise of Facebook, I found myself very ill. Spending over six hours on Facebook live that day, the YoUniverse said to me, “Um, you don’t need to work that hard and since you don’t seem to want to slow down, you will be forced to slow down.” And then, from laryngitis to bronchitis to sinus headaches to dry hacking coughs, I was down for the count. But, hindsight being 20-20, I can say without a doubt that all things are in perfect alignment. For now, we are really in the throws of teaching ourselves the things we absolutely need to learn in order to move forward. Such is the way of the YoUniverse. And now is that time.

So, this latest shift for me personally dealt with something I have been struggling with for a while, which needed finally to be addressed. There was no getting out of it. There was no avoiding it. It had been coming for a long time. Almost a whole year. And, the YoUniverse took control of the situation and before I knew what happened, things had realigned themselves for the betterment of myself and all involved. It’s one of those things that happens TO you and you’re really not sure how it happened, but you look at it and say, OMG, did that just happen? Just like the Tower in the tarot cards! But it feels incredibly right and you feel FREE. That is what happened to me. For the Soul definitely is awakening us to the answers of how to change our reality. And that is the BE the change. And when we avoid being the change for any number of reason, the YoUniverse will make the change for you. Ultimately you will be the change you wish to see! Now if that twists your head around, give it some thought and meditate on it.

For me personally, this change involves twin flame groups. Many of you who know my work are aware that I live to help people get “unstuck” in the twin flame/catalytic heart awakening connection. It is the reason I founded one of my groups years ago–once called Heart Connections & Sacred Union–now called True Sacred Union. While certainly not the biggest, it grew organically from the original 25 people, attracting only those that were aligned with the message as I never added a single person to it. I let it build organically to its current 4,000+ members. And, in that sacred space, I have been able to share my path in my own vibration.

Over the years, however, as many others have done, I shared my information in groups that do not carry that same vibration. That is not to say there are not people into those groups in that vibration; I am speaking of the overall vibation of the room in all its myriad of factors. I know you understand. And, I did so because I wanted to be a beacon of light, always hoping to lead people towards truth (which is by the way a whole hell of lot more interesting and empowering than illusion!). But by lending my energies to those groups, I most assuredly continued to support the structure, lending credibility to it. For if someone finds Sanity in the midst of Chaos, they will continue to go into the Chaos looking for Sanity.

The results of the shift that happened to me is that circumstances created the perfect opportunity to make the shift that I just refused to make for so long and it invariably aligned me with the Highest Good of the One. I wanted to BE the change, so I left those twin flame rooms for good. I no longer desired to lend my credibility to ANY such system through my participation. There are many smaller, twin flame groups who I DO resonate with and I will continue to share my stuff in their room or welcome others sharing my work wherever they feel it will benefit others!

And, I also was shown that if someone is aligned with my experiences and needs a bit of assistance along the way, they will find me in my own groups and we will teach and learn together. I still offer readings and one-on-one sessions, however, sadly I decided to close the TSU portal. While the portal was created with love and full of great intentions, it’s an idea whose time just did not yet come. My blog website, however, is still fully available.

So in essence: I called back my energy to myself. I stopped giving away my energies into a space that was not a vibrational match with my own. And through the process of doing that, I realized how much of myself I HAD given away. By contrast, I am now spending much more time focusing attention on my 13- (soon to be 14-) year old daughter who really needs her Mom. And, I have been helping family members who are making huge transitions in their lives. I have focused more on my web design business growth and development. And, I have become much more aligned with my “team” on earth. THAT is what this path brings us. It brings us eventually back to our OWN power where we are actually better able to help others.

Essentially, the big discovery for me (and many others on this path) is that I believe I am now a twin flame graduate. Which only means, I feel I have completed my initiation on this path and it is no longer my chosen LEARNING path. That is not to say that I cannot be very instrumental in helping others who do find themselves seeking guidance. But, I personally have come full circle on this path. I am in full union and no longer need to focus on creating it. It just unfolds. And, now I am beginning a new phase of my path. Going beyond the lessons of twin flames into a broader path which contains all kinds of new experiences. These experience will allow me the opportunity to really fly with all I have learned. And, you can bet, I will share what I learn along the way!

So what does this all mean for those of you who are on this path? I believe it is a great indicator to those of you who are “bonafide twin flames” for lack of a better words. You have done alot of your work and understand you are the creators of your own reality. Therefore, if you’ve chosen to, you are moving into union within self and creating your unions in the way that they are meant to be FULLY. You have done your job by breaking old templated patterns, putting information into the Source field for others to access. You’ve provided codes to unblock familial templates and others can now access them. Bravo! You are well on your way!

To others who are here to experience Sacred Union, continue to do your work, awaken to your higher truths, and prepare yourselves for union within self. You continue to eliminate the blocks you have to love so you can experience incredible new relationships of sacred union. And, those who are not awakened yet to what sacred union truly is, you will continue to engage in the twin flame conversations which keeps you sane while eventually discovering where your soul intends you to go with all of this. And hopefully, those of you who feel stuck will reach out to me or others who have valuable insight and answers. I will be here. I will not be going anywhere. You can find me on True Sacred Union, Raising Vibrational Frequencies, and my latest full circle project, What On Earth 2018. I will be sharing things I feel inspired to share, quietly living my union, doing my work, and creating my abundant reality, rejoicing in my new level of freedom.

There are a lot of people that think that they have to “save the world.” I guess I was one of them. But when we come from that perspective, we spend our time so focused outside of ourselves. We don’t realize that the changes that need to be made are right here, right now, in our very own backyards. With the very people we interact with each and every day. Or SHOULD interact with each and every day. I realize even more now, I will save the world by saving myself. By doing my work. By connecting with my inner most being. By loving those I am in contact with on moment by moment basis. HERE. NOW. ALWAYS.

I love you all very much and look forward to sharing where this journey leads. I will still absolutely be writing articles and doing videos that I’m inspired to do. Some may deal with catalytic heart awakening. Some may be general ascension. And most certainly I will do some card readings for fun. But I’ll be doing it as part of my other paths, as I have time or feel so called. Thank you all for being part of my path!

The number of programs that have been cleared over the past five years (and more) by those who came to do this work has been astronomical. Wave after wave of dense consciousness has been transmuted into the light. Old ways of doing things that are painful because they are distortions of the earth school thought system are being banished by the souls who came to take it out of the collective portal after portal. Each portal opens so that all of the energies which have been released from the collective can be disbursed completely never to return again.

One of the most fascinating phenomena is when one is given the opportunity to rewrite the stories of their existence. And those stories reach across the arc of time to shift timelines that originally might have had one outcome, but because of rewritten story lines, actually have another. For you see when we make shifts in the NOW, we shift it for all in the arc of time, past, present and future. That is because we are in fact now our past selves, being influenced by our future selves, to do the work that needs to be done NOW. And those future selves are Masters. They are the ones we look to in our Ascension Times conception for guidance. They are the ones we look to in channelings, like Kryon, Bashar, Abraham, Yeshua, and more. They are the ones we think are outside of ourselves. But they are NOT. They are US in the future. Or in a sense US NOW.

We have come from the future to our NOW to change our path from polarity to one of Unity Consciousness. So the original timelines, which have been altered by all kinds of experiments, could merge back into the ONE plan for Humanity. As we make those shifts in the NOW, they are reflected throughout all of time, thereby erasing the timelines which are no longer our preferences. For it is all an illusion we experienced. All of the experience that has been and will continue to be transmitted back to the Godhead and the collective library of experience which all can recall at will if chosen. But the time for the old ways are over. They are being transmuted though the efforts of the NOW.

As the old programs leave and are transmuted, the timelines are shifted by rewriting the stories we have written in our past. When one is in a state of wholeness and can no longer respond in the same way to circumstance because he/she is simply not the same person anymore, then the opportunity to rewrite becomes available. You will experience rewriting when the programs have lost their hold over you. Your Higher Wisdom—your Inner Master–comes in to navigate the moment of NOW. And you will find that circumstances that you used to face will resurface again, often with those who you had conflict with in the past and you will no longer respond in a triggered way. You will be completely aware of the change. You will consciously decide to respond differently from your higher knowing. In your honesty and in your truth. In love and in strength. Without fear of abandonment. Without fear of retribution. For when you are in your heart center, you can come from no other place. Any other place does not feel authentic. And this is what we mean by consciously creating your own reality.

And as you respond differently, you rewrite the records of the past. And you change the course of the timelines because everything has a different outcome. Where once there might have been tears and shouts, there is love and peace and it is healing for all involved. The healing energies that take place transform everything around you. And though you may rewrite and rewrite, and then stumble, all that you have rewritten is accomplished. Fear not. You will have the opportunity to rewrite the stumble because as long as your response was not from LOVE, it will replay until you can rewrite it.

As you experience these circumstances, if you do not know how to rewrite something worry not. Allow yourself some time and some latitude to let it come to you. For we cannot force rewriting stories. We can only allow them to surface in the moment of NOW and take it one step at a time. Sometimes you know your will. You know what you wish an outcome to be. You want to take action to make it so NOW. But it is not that moment of NOW. You must bide your “time” for a future moment of NOW because all is divinely timed. And circumstances will come along that allow for the appropriate responses at the appropriate “time of NOW.” So let it go. The important thing is that you KNOW your truth. You KNOW what you stand for. You KNOW what you will and will not allow into your field. You KNOW your higher being is walking with you. And because of that, you walk with the confidence that the time will come to act upon what you know. To demonstrate your truth.

It is incredibly important to stay in the moment of NOW as you rewrite the stories and consiously creating your reality. Do not force the stories. Do not take control and highjack the process. Stay steady. Stay in the heart. Stay in LOVE. Be love, but be honest. Be patience and be kind when you can. But be strong. Know your position. Know who you are. BE who you are. And that is how the stories are rewritten.

As the stories are rewritten they will be released for good, those that have been completed. There is a definite divine order to it all. Certain stories cannot be rewritten until other stories are rewritten. So trust and have faith in this process. Be steadfast in your knowledge that this is so. So many stories have been rewritten already.

A note for those of you on the sacred union love path: The work you two have been doing together is extremely powerful. The path you’ve chosen is an accelerated path and therefore seemingly leading the charge. The intense and accelerated opening and movement into Higher Consciousness was a path you chose and your work is extremely important. As you clear the familial blocks to love, towards each other and towards self-love expression, you are opening up new pathways for the collective to access during this period of NOW in expansion and self-knowledge. Be encouraged the work done together is being done efficiently and effectively. Go to zero point often as you can to hold the vibration of Oneness as the most intense release opportunities are available to you then. Let it all go. Be the ONE you are with ALL. No separation and no stories.

We continue with waves of new energies to strengthen the newly rewritten stories. They will become second nature to the collective. All will have access to these new authentic powerful answers to life’s seeming difficulties. Answers will be at the ready in so many more circumstances for those who are awakening. They will reach for responses and instead of finding the old energy patterns to surf, they will find new ones. They will not even notice the change. As they awaken, they will believe these are the way things have always been. For in the original timeline, they were. And as the original timeline is restored, all of these unhappy and fear-based stories that have been “lived” will fade into the distant “past” and will no longer be recalled in humanity, but only in the halls of remembrance as the students visit to explore possibilities. And this is the dawning of peace.

Please remember, it is a process. It is a thorough and well-designed process that MUST be accomplished for it was made so by YOU. And your will for a better reality as a Creator of the ONE makes it REAL NOW.

And so it is.

So, here I find myself unexpectantly writing about something that has been waiting to be written. THAT is the reason for this post. And why it relates to the unfolding path that we find ourselves on. And, what IS the reason for this path, ultimately? Many of you would say that Union is your passion. Union is your highest excitement, which totally substantiates the time you spend on Facebook or talking with each other or getting readings, etc. And you would be RIGHT. But, as you go along this path, you begin to realize that your highest excitement and passion begins to shift and change.

You may start out feeling a need to share your path, reach out to others to compare notes. However, with time, as you learn more and more about the dynamics of this spiritual path, you begin to find new meaning and new purpose for your highest excitement and passion. In most cases it leads you to even higher levels of passion and excitment as you find out why you came here, as you start to EXPLORE your reason for being here at this time.

In fact, I can almost guarantee that your happiness and your ability to manage how you feel about your state of “Union” is directly related to knowing your purpose for being here on the planet at this time. Those of you that know why you are here, or have the highest excitement and passion on a particular mission, are probably handling this catalytic heart connection much better than those who don’t. Why is that? Well, because once you discover what that highest excitement and passion is all about, you MUST do it. You cannot NOT do it. No matter how much the Universe (whoever that person or group of persons are to you) try to tell you not to. Or, that it is not important because it doesn’t “mean anything” in this world. Well guess what. When you are following your highest excitement and passion you don’t give a rats ass what ANYBODY thinks. Most definitely not that “other person”! Which actually places you firmly on the path to having the byproduct of wholeness–sacred union–if it is what you wish!

I know that the other night when I did my Facebook Live, I was never more in my highest excitement and passion. And, now, I simply MUST do the things I’m called to do. I can do no other thing if I don’t follow that path. For example, I put myself out there with developing a platform that I can only trust that someone wants or needs. I KNOW, however, that building it was following my highest excitement and passion. And I stepped forward to do it because I had NO OTHER CHOICE. It was something my SOUL was calling to do. And I followed it. And as I move the platform forward and continue to develop it, I remind myself constantly to trust my soul.

It’s been very challenging following this path sometimes. Being a web designer, my more masculine mind tells me to spend time focusing on making a living do that. But even though I do enjoy web design tremendously, my highest excitement and passion is when I connect with other channeling through higher truth. Connecting with my Higher Aspect in real world situations with people who are looking to understand their highest truth. The need to make a living, however, is part of actually becoming whole. Translating what we are passionate about into a viable path so that we can still be financially independent and continue to follow our highest path. Otherwise we stay locked in financially comfortable positions which don’t always support our highest passions, whether that be jobs OR relationships. It matters not. We MUST find ways to be WHOLE.

Well as things would have it, I started listening to something my friend John forwarded me about Bashar last night. I started listening tonight and there was a part that was SO relevant here to our path that I stopped everything and transcribed the part I knew everyone needed to hear. MOSTLY MYSELF. But you are all ME and I know we are on this path together so I just had to do this for the many. Not just for me. So here it is.

I transcribed a piece of video clip from Darryl Anka’s interview with Awakened and Empowered TV with host Ethann Fox. I will also include details so you can listen to this highest relevant YouTube video which will expose you more to the man that is an aspect of Bashar and what the teachings of Bashar are for. In the meantime, I am sure this extract will mean something to you too!

I have edited the information slightly just to bring it in a concise written form without any intension of changing any meaning. It was just enough tweaking to tighten it up for your reading pleasure:

“Concepts cannot be left in the atmosphere. THEY MUST BE ABLE TO BE APPLIED. AND, a RESULT has to come from them.

“It is very important for all of us to follow our passion in life and to act on our highest excitement. The way he (Bashar) explains it is this. That experience–that sensation itself of what we call excitement and passion–is our body’s physical translation of our true core frequency for each individual. So, things that we are passionate about, we are passionate about for a REASON. Because THAT is our path of least resistance. That is our compass needle pointing to our magnetic north. And by ACTING on those things to the best we are able to act on them– but with the caveat that we cannot insist on what the outcome is going to look like–is actually delivering on those three principals.

“Acting on your passion to the best you are able with no instance on a particular outcome is actually delivering a tool, a formula for how reality works. How we create our physical experience in reality. It’s not just a philosophy. He is actually delivering an instruction manual for the structure of existance. This instruction manual outlines how we can use that structure–that machine–more consciously in order to create the reality we prefer.

“So he is giving us formulas. He’s giving us an actual tool kit. He’s giving us an actual instruction manual. And he explains that in great detail as to how it works. Because he wants us to understand that we have the ability to understand this. And it’s not that mysterious. He literally gives us instructions that are like operating an automobile. That precise.”

If you have never heard of Bashar, I cannot recommend checking out his works enough as the information that is brought through Bashar is universal and impacts all of us here on the planet that are going through ascension! I have enjoyed exploring his information so much!!

In fact, I realized as I listened to his interview that what I do is quite similar to what he does. The biggest difference is that he relates specifically to one aspect of himself who connects with him specifically as an actualy aspect. In my case, I do similar work but I feel I am connecting to a more Universal piece of myself. But who knows? Maybe I am very much connected with one of my other aspects who I have not really tuned into enough to know what part of existance it is part of! Anyway, it’s fun to explore and I hope this helps you see how important following your highest excitment and passion is in all of this path!

I attune my Heart to Gratitude

In my awakening and ascension process

Providing the avid motivation

To remain on target

Encouraging me to do the work

Of letting go of as many unhelpful programs as possible

Releasing a lot of pain and smallness

Teaching me to love myself more and MORE

Opening my heart to love MORE

The need for others lessening

Away from co-dependency

Toward ecstatic wholeness

It’s been a rough couple of weeks for me personally. We have been experiencing all kinds of technology issues with my web design business and even the platform I’ve been building for the community was “stalled” (by my own judgement) because of DoS attacks on our server, which have affected our server speed. At one point, we were monitoring our server night and day! Talk about stress…It was affecting everything I did. And, in that experience, I had built up a lot of stress energy, which I was subconsciously holding. Then, of course, I was projecting it elsewhere as proof that it was not mine. So that created more not-so-helpful reality.

This type of thing happens. It happens all the time. To everyone. No one is exempt right now. This is LIFE. And, truth be told, we are NOT on the other side of ascension (awakening). We are in the middle of it, which is all about undoing the old belief systems and patterns of imperfection. We are going through it NOW and we are very, very brave! Those of us that signed up for this journey should be very proud of ourselves. This is not easy. I have been communicating with so many people who are struggling right now. They are weary. And they are physically TIRED. And many of us are sleeping long periods. Or not sleeping at all.

Well, as things would have it, and the way this wonderful process works, one of the followers of my True Sacred Union page on Facebook, Kimberley Ann, posted this amazing ho’oponopono meditation video by Jason Stephenson. And, as time actually allowed me to sit and listen to it, I became calm and released a lot of stress and old patterns. As I listened to the meditation, I felt the video was created just for me. And I’m certain it was. Although I know that it will be helpful for each and every one of you as well!

The funny thing is, I did not realize that I needed the ho’oponopono prayer more than anyone as I was sharing it yesterday. I needed it from the bottom and depth of my soul. To come to peace. To remember that I was creating my reality. That All the struggle and anger and frustration was coming from my own thought patterns. And as this process would have it, it showed up for me just when I needed it. That is the beauty of this process. You WILL move forward because you have all kinds of help bringing you just what you need when you need it. So, you can relax!

That is very humbling to realize. And it is scary if you think about it. YOU are completely responsible for your reality. I write about it. I say it. I know it at some level. But truth is, sometimes it’s quite scary to really accept. For when we do, we realize that there is nothing that exists outside of our belief system that we do not create. Which means we must accept FULL responsibility in all ways EVERY DAY in every situation in EVERY way and there is no one to blame but ourselves. EVER. What do you think about that?

Oh, the ego mind will come up with all kinds of wonderful stories about how so and so did such and such to make us feel that way. NO. You feel that way because you feel that way and no one can make you feel anything at all. THAT is reality and it is a HARSH reality. Because to accept it, is to stop blaming other people and start getting down to the business of asking ourselves, “What must I believe about myself to be feeling this way? WHAT am I really believing?” It is only when we ask ourselves this very hard question that we can get to the bottom line and see it’s falsehood. When a belief is not helpful, it needs to be dropped or we create from it. Make sense? And, this my friends, is what “doing the work” really means.

This ho’oponopono meditation actually outlined so many of the things that I was still holding inside of myself. I know that I have cleared many, many old programmed thought patterns. But it was important for me to see that I still have work to do. We all have work to do. Unless you are 100% in your center all the time with no negative feelings or experiences, you have work to do too.

And now is a great time to become even more aware of it. Some of us are about to have a Thanksgiving feast. Perhaps we might all spare a thought of gratitude for all our beliefs. Those that support us, and those that we find unhelpful. Then trying letting them all go, one-by-one, whether you judge them to be good and or bad, helpful or unhelpful. In that moment, you will find an increase in Self, an increase in influence, and an increase in abundance of all that you wish for and deserve! In that moment, you will find the NOW!

Many people have asked me about ho’oponopono and it’s meaning. I was first introduced to ho’oponopono several years ago by one of my best friends. I did not know much about it, but I know that when I used it, it worked. The energy around triggered emotions would easily disappate and actual experience would shift and change for the better immediately upon using it. While I have never wanted to intellectualize it, I did go back to old information that was provided me at the time to offer an understanding of this very helpful tool. I wanted to provide this information for those of you who do like to understand the principles behind any tools you use. The videos below should be quite helpful!

“Who Am I?”
Your beliefs are defining you.
They become the root of your experience.
They are not necessarily true.
Or, once they were true, but are not true now.
This is subtle like a ripple across the ocean…
Do your beliefs serve you now?
All of those beliefs have been inherited or imprinted on you.
Do they serve you NOW?
You can change the parameters of your existence in the NOW.
Change that within yourself and the outer world changes.
Most of the time we are operating from sets, and subsets of beliefs, which are antiquated and unhelpful.
Is it not time to refresh your understanding of the world that you live in NOW?
You don’t even have to understand your beliefs or recognize them
The powerful work of Ho’oponpono gently cleanses that which no longer serves you.
The more you do it, the quicker the results.
Bottom line, you’ll feel better and see real change in your world.
Now isn’t that a helpful belief?

For now, I will begin a series of posts which are inspired by those questions, tuning into Higher Self Source connection for answers, choosing questions through inner guidance that will benefit people the most.

The following question is a really good one, which I have been asked many times (in different ways). Tuning into Source, I rephrased the question in a general way:

QUESTION:
I am so torn between wanting to run away from my heart connection and yet being unable to. I feel stuck and trapped. This makes it nearly impossible to keep my vibrations high as I am in a constant stage of anxiety and fear. What can I do?

ANSWER:
When your heart receives the catalytic call to open through one of these heart connections, the whole point is to uncover that which keeps you in darkness. It will expose all your fears and make you face them. The intense feeling of “between a rock and a hard place” is literally what helps you to shift. For you cannot stay in that position indefinitely. You MUST shift.

If it were not such an intense connection, you would run away and gladly put it behind you, looking for ways to recreate a situation which feels more comfortable for you. But that is not your Soul’s wish for you. Your soul’s wish for you is to STAY within that connection and do the work you need to do to get FREE of the programs which entrap you. That is why the attraction and heart calling is so strong for you. You cannot escape the emotions of it if you try. That doesn’t not mean “stay” attached to another person, seeing them as your savior, but it means “stay” with the heart connection you are experiencing, though he/she may be nowhere in physicality to you.

Therefore, the answer lies in the truth that there is no running from what the heart connection is trying to teach you. Your mind will try to take over and convince you of all kinds of stories. It will try make this connection about something other than what it is for. And it will create more fear and anxiety which you experience as “darkness.”

So, what can you do? Surrender to the Soul. Surrender to what the Soul wishes to teach. There is an acceptance that has to happen in order for you to be able to move forward. You must accept that everything is happening exactly as it supposed to for a reason. And, then you must realize you have NO IDEA what that reason is.

The mind chatter must stop. For it is the mind that creates the anxiety and fear around the situation. Telling you that you should control the situation. Telling you that you should understand the situation. Telling you that you should take CHARGE of the situation. Telling you that you should DO SOMETHING.

Everything the mind (ego) tells you is just a distraction from what the connection is for. And until you realize that the mind has no answers, you are trapped by it. And that is the experience of darkness or low vibration that can result from these connections.

So, how do you silence the mind? There are many ways to do this. But before you can do this, you must REALIZE that you are in your mind and be willing to get OUT of the mind and into the heart. The heart’s intelligence is so much more powerful and true. The heart will tell you truth. The mind (ego) will repeat stories to you that are not true and pull you off your path. This takes a willingness to LET GO of the mind stories. It must be done before you can literally silence the mind. And, this takes consciousness. Determination to see all the times you are in the MIND.

When you become conscious of this, then the true beautiful work can begin. You become an active participant in this process. When you are determined to not let the mind take over, there are all kinds of things you can do. But, first and foremost is the literal acceptance that everything is happening just the way it is supposed to. All of it! There is a tremendous power in that. And that it is ALWAYS for your highest good. And your highest good IS your happiness.

Oftentimes people think the “highest good” is for the soul and not the ego mind. Truth be told, the “highest good” is always your ultimate happiness and that would mean the happiness of your “ego mind” as well even if it does not appear so. Complete and utter joy does not exclude any part of your experience here in physicality. It is inclusive of all that you are. And that is what this ascension path is for. To enable you to experience the truth of Who You Are here and now in physicality.

So, what to do when the mind takes over? First is to realize it has. A good mantra to be used when this happens is, “I know what nothing means, including this.” It is a way of letting go of control and the programmed response of creating stories to explain what you think you are experiencing. The mind constantly looks for ways to explain what you think you are seeing. By realizing that you have no idea what any of this really means, you are in essence moving into your heart space and out of your mind space. Your heart is able to give you the understanding that the mind cannot. Because the Heart Intelligence understands all. It is connected to the “big picture.” It can give you flash insights into purpose which brings great comfort.

When you are in the comfortable knowing that all things are happening as they are supposed to, then you are able to focus on what is right in front of you, instead of transporting you into the past and into the future. That is what the mind wishes to do. Transport you out of the NOW. But the NOW is where all the peace and love is. It has always been held for you in the moment of NOW. It is the only place where you will find it. So, are you focused on your NOW?

Look to what is right in front of you NOW. Are you focused there? Or are you focused on some other place? Some other person? Some other time?

Go into your heart right now. Ask yourself. Am I focused right in the moment of NOW. That which is front of me? If not, then there is your answer. Look around you. How can you move into that which matters in your moment of NOW? By letting go of that which you cannot control with the mind. By accepting that all is in perfect alignment. By having great faith in this process. By having great faith in Source, All That Is, the Universe. YOU.

You will notice that your greatest joys come from when you are flowing in this moment of NOW without thought. It is what brings all the good things into your field. It is what creates the better moments of NOW. And NOW. And NOW.

This is the always answer to the chattering mind. And silencing that chatter is always the first step in raising your vibrations. Then you can use tools like “ho-oponpono” to clear negative patterns. You can go outside and listen to the sounds of nature and let your heart expand in higher vibrations. You can engage in activities that bring you great sense of peace. You can embrace those around you in your space of NOW without thought but only with love.

You will find this: Your heart connection will take care of itself. It will unfold as it supposed to. You will be on the fastest track to eliminating all the blocks you have to love and “becoming the change you wish to see in the world.” THIS is the true meaning of that expression. By living in the moment of NOW, you ARE the change. It is not DOING anything. It is BEING everything you truly are in each moment of NOW.

And so it is.

I wanted to share something that happened to me tonight along these lines. And, it had to do with a video Keleena Malnar and I did together. I realized afterward that I was triggered to clear something huge for me personally, but I also realize it is not uncommon in our lightworker communities to feel that we are not “keeping up with the Jones.” Or maybe to believe that we are more spiritually advanced than those around us. Or maybe we put certain people on pedestals as we follow them to find our way. Either way, it is common for humans to compare themselves with others. THAT is also part of this ascension process and we are shifting it.

On Keleena’s YouTube channel, someone (obviously a die-hard fan of hers) really slammed me for not being her vibration. They did not want to watch the video because they did not care for my vibration at all. It was not a prize moment for me and I will admit that I was triggered immensely and hurt by it. But, I did allow my feelings to surface and did what I typically advise others to do. I asked myself “what I must believe about myself for this to be true?” My answer was not rocket science. “I feel like I’m not as spiritually advanced as Keleena.” And then I asked myself, “Is that belief really true?” The answer I received from my own knowing helped me instantly drop the folly. I had to say that while I may not have the same skills and abilities she does, I have my very own special role to play and there is a reason we have different vibrations. THAT is why GOD/SOURCE came in more than one body!! We are ALL different vibrations. And it is a good thing.

I AM a different vibration than Keleena and I am NOT going resonate with everybody. And SHE is not going to resonate with everyone. THAT is why we are on mission TOGETHER. All of us are here as a mesh, a weave of the ONE so that we can help each other along the path. Keleena and I help each other on this path. We are very different and the best of friends. And that is WHY we came here on this path at this time. To share what we see in different ways. We download such similar information but from unique perspectives.

It did not take me all of 10 minutes to realize the truth. SUCH CAN BE THE SIMPLICITY OF CLEARING AND MOVING ON. Try that technique above…What must I believe about myself for this to be true? You will make HUGE headway on your false belief systems.

It’s as if the divine masculine has been gifted with the Sacred Pressure Cooker to face what they need to get themselves UNSTUCK from that old, unhelpful programming. They are experiencing this pressure for a good reason because it is only a matter of time and they will no longer be able to hold their tongue. They will absolutely have to speak their truth and “say it like it is.” If it has not happened yet, IT WILL.

The masculine who are very strong in their beliefs will hold out until the very last second. And, they can thank the pressure of their soul/mate karmic partners for the role they are playing in pushing those buttons. Some of the divine masculine who are not as “strong” have already let the rockets of truth fly. Those that have are now in a position of TRUE strength because they will control their own destinies.

On that note, so many of divine masculine have already left their karmic partners because they just could not take it anymore. However, most are still of the mindset that they must find another partner. And, they seek with all their might for the relationship they know exists. They do not yet understand, however, that they must still learn what the divine feminine has already learned–that there is no need for another person to be whole. And, until one learns to be whole within themselves, the sacred partnership they long for is out of reach. It will not, cannot, happen. They will continue down the path of chasing the illusion of “romantic partnership” over and over again without success. That is because the Universe will no longer support that type of relationship. You MUST be whole in order to experience the depth of connection that people are seeking.

So the divine masculine admits to those he can confide in that he wishes and desires for more connection. But he does not always see that truth that he is counting on partnering with another to make him complete. And, at the same time, the divine masculine creates his own situations of separation because he has not yet released those programs inside that created the old templated relationships in the first place.

So many masculine admit now that their greatest fear is being stuck, trapped or weighed down. And yet, on the other hand, many still stay in their situations creating their own prisons. And the ones willing to step away are still running programs that they came in with, choosing again chase the unattainable to ensure that they do not work. This is because they still carry programs that will allow them to again become stuck. It is time for this programming to GO.

For the past several months there has been a change in the relationship dynamic it seems. As the divine feminine has risen in her self-love and her need to expand and stand in her truth, she has had less patience with the divine masculine in general who seemed to be trudging along, allowing their lives to be run by the old program that they need a woman. This old program is showing up as a need to have someone to “date” OR as a woman who needs him in some way.

Many of those masculine who are still running that program are avidly pursuing the awakened feminine, which seems quite attractive to the masculine as she is in her own power. Traditionally men enjoy a challenge, so it makes sense that they would pursue the awakened feminine who is, in general, truly not interested at the moment.  This is acting as a catalyst for those men to wake up and realize that they need to find their own completion and come into wholeness before any sacred partnerships can be formed. Each time the awakening divine masculine tips their hand that they wished to create a third-dimensional template with the awakened, divine feminine, it is very disappointing to both for different reasons. He is waiting a a sacred partnership (while not ready) and she has been so waiting for her divine masculine counterpart to show up.

Sadly, so long as the divine masculine seeks outside himself for love, it will not be time for the potential sacred unions. For the divine feminine with whom he sets his focus lets him know: There is no room in her life for the old relationship template. She has witnessed those who are still insisting on settling for that old template, but she cannot. She cannot go back. She wants NONE of it. If a relationship involves dependency and holding each other back, it is repulsive to her. She cannot tolerate two people being so reliant on each other because there is no room for freedom. And the divine feminine KNOWS that freedom is part of wholeness. She who has awakened knows this and she does not WANT that kind of arrangement anymore. In fact, it makes her feel trapped and uncomfortable. So, in this vein, many of the divine masculine has seen clearly that the old relationship template is not going forward with the awakened woman ever again. And it was hard from him to see. Thankfully, he created his Universe to change this belief system.

Enter in the mother energy. This work is requiring most of the divine masculine to address this aspect of the patriarchal relationship template which is all based on parental need. It matters not whether this feminine energy is an actual mother, or mother-like energies, or energies of care taking and control, the masculine has been forced to deal with being smothered or controlled or manipulated or innundated. This patriarchal mother energy can be literal or figurative. Some of the divine masculine have literally been living with their mothers or someone LIKE their mother. And that “mother energy” soul mate insists that the divine masculine continue to fulfill the old 3-D templated roles. And, consequently, the divine masculine finds themselves in a situation where they actually UNDERSTAND what the awakening divine feminine has felt for a long time.

They are truly beginning to understand what it is like to get no freedom. To not be able to be alone for even five minutes. No freedom to do what they wish to do. Trapped, like the divine feminine has been. And, no matter what the situation the Univere is handing them, the divine masculine is being held down in a myriad of ways for a reason. They MUST see the need for them to step into their own power in their lives. And they WILL get to a point where they will absolutely NEED to speak their truth. And once they realize the Truth of their situation, they will be FORCED to deal with it to get themselves UNSTUCK. That will mean drawing boundaries, speaking their truth again and again, and simply becoming aware of their decision to no longer participate in the patterns any more.

That is the blessing of the situations the divine masculine finds himself. And if you are the awakening divine feminine and have a twin flame or other sacred partner who is going through this, you must find the blessing in your current situation of separation. No matter how much in union you are, you will find yourselves in some form of separation until the divine masculine works all this out. They must get to a point where they will wake a realize that they have not been focused on their own spiritual path. They have been showing up in the patriarchal masculine way for the patriarchal feminine in ways that do NOT advance either person. And once they do, once they get to a point where they have had ENOUGH. They will say, “I cannot do this anymore!” They will know they must control their OWN life.

It is at that point, that the karmic/soul mate who has so lovingly played the role of the patriarchal feminine will be freed up to move onto their own paths. For so long as the divine masculine feel they need to save someone or need a woman to feel complete, whichever the case may be, the soul mate who teamed up with him to play this role is trapped. She so desparately wishes to be FREE. She also desparately knows in her heart that this is not the way it should be. And she also wishes to taste having the power to create her own reality outside of the 3rd dimensional templates. THIS is what the divine masculine does not SEE. He does not understand that his freedom is HER freedom. But, so long as he thinks he needs that connection for whatever reason, he must by the very nature of his ability to create his reality, create a situation whereby she needs him.

This is the importance of the shift that MUST happen with the divine masculine at this time. And, he WILL face his need for freedom, or die resisting it. The saying is very true, “resist one thing and you resist everything.” The biggest shift that needs to take place at this time is that the divine masculine must stop resisting clearing this old belief systems that tie him into the karmic realm of family and the mother. That form of partnership and relationship was one created during this past time of world control and patriarchal energy. The new sacred relationship contains none of those qualities or characteristics. And the divine feminine is actually partnering with the “patriarchal mother energy” to show the contrast.

For the divine feminine counterpart has made it clear that she is done playing the “needy” game and knows the old relationship template trapped her. Having seen it so clearly there is no going back. And as such, she is sharing her newly found creative expression and living joyously in new levels of mastery. And FREEDOM! There is, in fact, finally a great support system existing between many of the divine feminine right now while patiently awaiting with confidence that the divine masculine will make the Shift in it’s totality. Looking at it all from the Highest Perspective, there can be nothing less for such is the reason we came here at this time. We knew the potentials to shift the planet, and it was going to be shifted by raising the vibrations of the planet. It could not be done any other way. And in that vibration, there is no place for being stuck. By very definition, the SHIFT is FREEDOM at the highest levels. The Universe is going to see to it that the Divine Masculine can no longer resist FREEDOM.

September will continue to drive this process forward and there is every indication that something is big is about to happen overall! The balance between the feminine and masculine MUST happen on a accelerated level as the collective begins to move more and more into wholeness. We are here in legions. We will not fail! And so it is.
